  • Ann demonstrates how to make 5 unique Clay Stamps and shows several ways to apply them to clay. Ann details how to construct, decorate, use, and displays examples of the finished glazed projects. Stamps are easy to use and in most cases require simple glazing to bring out their beauty. This is also a relaxing video to watch as we edit out all of the cursing and yelling that goes into making these.
    SPECIAL THANKS to Izabela Lizon at Gaean Gardens for inspiring our journey into clay stamping. Check out her channel here: / @gaeangardensbyizabela
    If you would like to learn Ann's underglaze painting, glazing, and decorating process then check out Ann's Video Workshop Series. These workshops are very detailed (typically 1.5 - 2 hours in length) where Ann provides step by step instruction and are designed to help potters take their work to new levels of craftsmanship and artistry. vimeo.com/show...

    Your work is utterly beautiful. Thank you for showing us these handy tips and tricks. I really love the colours you choose to glaze the dishes with. My favourites were the ones done in the Weeping Plum glaze and the Ochre and Marigold glazes. You are by far my favourite ceramics channel. Thank you for putting together such awesome content! You're a star!

      I dont have a Patreon page...we've never wanted to try and get folks to subscribe to something other than our channel. The Buy Me A Coffee is a "one time" kind of thing that helps us subsidize supplies, things we can buy to experiment with etc...some folks like to help out that way and we appreciate it. Our mission is to inspire others to work in clay, share our knowledge, and entertain a bit. Thanks for your support!

    I absolutely loved this video! Tho my favorite is the cup with the leaves. 😍. I have been wanting to learn how to make the plaster molds and the process for this piece. I know they say it’s straightforward but I don’t want to waste. Do you have a video on it?? And that inverted bottom 🙌🏼💜💜💜

    On the shell, is underglaze washe were you put on the different underglazes then wipe them off all at once? Or did you put on one underglaze at a time then wiped it off, then another underglaze and wipe that off? Does it really matter if you put all at once or one color at a time?
    And your videos are awesome.. I have learn alot. Thanks

    Can you please let me know if it's actual clay/soil/or something else? What it is actually? What is the main source to collect such kind of clay? Can you please answer me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    • @LittleStreetPottery
      @LittleStreetPottery  2 роки тому +1

      The clay I used for the bowls and shell is Standard Porcelain #365. It’s not an easy brand of porcelain to find sometimes but most any porcelain clay should be fine to use. Thanks for watching!
