I have polymer clay from the early 90's. Old colors that retired decades ago. They are fine!! As long as you keep the clay in a dark cool area. The easiest way to bring it back to life is to chop it all up into small bits, put it all into a baggie and add NO MORE than 4-5 drops ( per 2 oz block) of mineral oil, or baby oil. Move the bag around to coat the clay and let it sit for 2-3 days. Wearing gloves empty the bag and squeeze it into a ball and try rolling it out until you can run it through your pasta machine. IF IT IS STILL HARD chop it up again and start again. I love your videos and beautiful crafts! 😍
Love these! Another tip or trick to elevate your keychain/earring pieces made of polymer clay is to place them on a metal domed surface like a metal soap bar and stretch some clingfilm over it to "round" the edges down. Remove cling and bake on domed surface. Makes a tactile smooth surface. Like one of those "worry" stones.
I love this ... I've been told this before and I think it absolutely would be soooo beautiful 😍 I just worry about the resin top coat pouring off ... how do you combat this? 😍😍😍
I love hing-a-me-bobs and doobies you can never have too many of them. LOL. But these are just stunning. I kind of like the gold actually - its dark, and cool. But my faveourite also has to be the pastel pink with pumpkins and spooky skyline, and dark bottle. I dont think I will ever get tired of your videos!
These polymer creations are next level,Ms Claire.Ry love the colors, the stamped pics, and they turned out super amazing after coating with UV resin .You always inspire me 😍💖💜
Claire, I ADORE YOU!!!! You always come to your page & give us your lovely personality, inspiration & pure enjoyment. We like very similar art mediums whether I’ve mastered them yet. Polymer clay; ☑️ yet I’m still trying to figure it all out. Cut myself w/blade ☑️. I purchased a package with handles on the side. I didn’t know stamping could be done on the clay & turn out beautifully. I was doing background noises; Oooo Aaaaah, Wooow! 🫶🏻🙌🏻
Black and purple are my favourite colours but apparently custom blends like light pink is good too as I love all of these. Could be the stamps that had such lovely Halloween motifs?
These Halloween inspired polymer keychains are amazing, Ms Claire. You never leave a chance to amaze us with your creations. Keep creating, inspiring and sharing your creativity and happy vibes ✨️ 💗💗
Oh, Claire, these are *SO GORGEOUS! (not to mention waaay cool!)* Brilliant idea, inking the clay! The metallics worked a treat. LOVE the black and silver! I think my favorite is the graveyard and witch one, and then the cauldron one. Your new table scatters worked perfectly with the medallions! I LOVE these keyrings! Ohmigosh, so perfect! 💗😍💕 I saw the clay glowing and I thought...huh?!? I have nooo idea!
These look absolutely fantastic Claire!! I was literally doing a craft room clean/organize/throw out today and I came to my 2 drawers of polymer clay and was sooo close to throwing it all out but my gut feeling was no, you'll regret it. Now it's the evening and I am watching this, I'm so happy I kept them. Also yes, you can get glow in the dark polymer clay. Your pendants turned out so brilliantly and alongside the bottles and tassles!! AHHH!!! EPIC!! My fav is def the top right in your last frame. Congratulations hun, these turned out soooo well!

You might want to use high viscosity UV resin, it should stay in place long enough to cure.
I’ve seen videos on this doming effect. I’m trying to picture these pendants domed. I like a domed effect with many pieces. Thanks
❤ the purple keychains 🎉

As soon as I saw the stamps, I thought you were going to EMBOSS the stamps onto the clay. But they came out lovely anyway!
if you put a bit of vaseline or babyoil on the clay it´s easier
