You just cook your eggs until they have a bit of colour to it. It's not all brown, it's just not completely yellow and has some brown marks here and there. You lose a bit of the eggy taste, but it's still good. Just don't overcook them so they turn black.

Pretty much. Don't worry about not knowing about it. I don't think most people cook their eggs this way. My mom doesn't like the taste of eggs, so she cooked it a little longer to get rid of the taste. I thought it was normal until I started watching cooking shows.

On pizza they are small and will often have a tomato sauce base with cheese, so why not add them to a pasta dish. Cook them with other veggies, add tomato sauce and cheese. Then try them in other 'one pan' dishes or stir fry them. The green ones can taste a bit bitter, the other colours are more sweet. Or try red bell pepper and tomato soup, I'm sure there's a recipe on this channel.

They look DELICIOUS but I’m not sure that gigantic heaps of sour cream or cream cheese can fairly be called “healthy” :P Maybe leaving just those out (or doing just a small tablespoon for flavor) would get the job done and make them less fattening :)

I'd actually recommend using a softer tofu (medium or firm) for tofu scramble. You'll get a texture closer to scrambled eggs.
