    I'm waiting for my godrej nest possession which was planned for sept 2024 as per RERA
    TATA EUREKA already started giving possession basis deemed OC, but godrej says will give only post complete OC
    Any latest sports city news?

    what about registry issues in sector-150 because of sports land ?

    Sir I would like to ask about M3M cullinan avenue, I heard some people sentiments that will it's commercial project be leased or buyer will get massive returns who have purchased a year ago & what do you think of it as a whole,
    Also is it truth that commercial estate is difficult to sell & probability to sale is very less..

      it won't get delivered in next 20 years. m3m is under ed radar, they converted a lot of black money. don't trust these property dealers, they won't help when you loose your money. wait till 2025, property prices will come down to 35% less, recession has hit the world, people don't have cash. mark my words.
