You’ve just inspired me to start making my own videos! There is no mention of an opponent or a ball in any of these activities. There is no mentioned of football specific player actions though science backs the usage of an opponent and a ball to increase intensity. In short, this was a complete waste of 8:45 seconds but please don’t take it the wrong way as you’ve seriously encouraged me to start creating my own content… so it was not a waste after all.
All successful coaches and teams use endurance drills and without the ball. I have personally applied these to professional players with very good results. In football you run with intensity and without the ball... If you don't like this type of training just don't do it... And you must be more polite ...
@@codefootball1956 I am not the most tactful person and am working on that. I try to be as honest as possible. Any endurance training should be done within the game idea and involve a moment within the game; after all football players aren’t track athletes. These isolated sprints aren’t offering any of that and as a coach myself, isolated sprints aren’t recommended if you’re looking to create better player actions, more of those actions, maintaining those good actions and maintain many actions for 90 minutes - not to mention; maximum explosive actions and quicker recovery between those explosive actions. But again, I have 20 videos I’m going to start with, releasing 1 per week and gradually make more so I’m not bogged down. It will be from a new and separate channel as I’m not going to promote on your channel here but I must sincerely say, watching your video was the changing moment for me and will possibly change the course of my life. Truly.

Yes i do
Just seeing this now
Although I'm used ro to it
