      This is a really great video, but still it is composed only of a few seconds excerpts from separate different exercises of a footballer !!! And in order to show the real sports physical condition of any athlete, including a football player, it is necessary to show such a non stop intensive training, which really shows the mentioned physical condition of the athlete !!!
      For an obvious example of what I have said, I present to you this video about the highest physical condition of a football player from Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia: ua-cam.com/video/4rUyd0-MEtk/v-deo.html

    I really like the session. I heard you say that the session runs approximately 25-30 minutes but was wondering how many intervals of 4 minutes do you do and how much rest time in between each 4 minute interval. Thank you

      I think its not necessary unless you are maxing out your speed, cardio and endurance at a much higher level. If your beginner, start by going 70 - 80% speed and then go full sprint as you get better at it. Yoi can incorporate suicide drills.... Hellish drill but so worth it when the result kick in
