And in order to show the real sports physical condition of any athlete, including a football player, it is necessary to show such a non stop intensive training, which really shows the mentioned physical condition of the athlete !!!

I think its not necessary unless you are maxing out your speed, cardio and endurance at a much higher level. If your beginner, start by going 70 - 80% speed and then go full sprint as you get better at it. Yoi can incorporate suicide drills.... Hellish drill but so worth it when the result kick in
