Thanks for the video, just got my assignment to mountain home, I'll be there within the month, definitely gets me excited. Just looked at rentals and it doesn't seem like they're a lot of options in town, happy these houses have yards for kids!
The housing/rental market in town is HORRIBLE! People up charge so much because they know we have very limited options. Honestly the houses on base aren't bad! I think you'll love it. Welcome to Mountain Home!! You're coming at the best time, the weather will be getting really nice here shortly.
Thank you for the video! Mountain home will be our first base so we're super excited! I wanted to know if you had to wait a while for on base housing? Looks like there's a waitlist and I'm worried if we have to look for a place off base only because options are limited...
Yay! Welcome to mountain home!! We probably waited about 4 months for a house once we got on the waiting list. Did you guys already put yourselves on the list? If not I definitely would because it is very very hard to find housing in town right now and I'd hate for you to have to commute from Boise. Thank you for watching my house tour!! I pray y'all find a home quickly. 💕
Hi there!! Every since we found out we were PCSing back to Mtn Home, I’ve been searching up what housing looks like! I came across yours a couple weeks ago! I’m wondering if you’ll be able to help me? We just got an offer today in Trinity Heights on Raymond circle! The floor plan is not helping me on a decision lol.
Hey girl! Send me a message over on Instagram with the address and I’ll try and take a picture of at least the outside for you! My Instagram is robyn_marie
hi! do you know what the requirements are for a three bedroom? we have two girls 4.5 years apart. My husband is a Tsgt. Also, please tell me there is AC! lol
Yes!!!! There’s A/c! I’ve heard they have a “two heartbeat per room” rule but I just think it depends on who you talk to! We didn’t have any issues getting a three bedroom but I know people who have. Honestly just push for it! If they say no have your husband bring it up to his leadership and see what they can do. It also depends on availability. Thanks so much for watching! Feel free to leave any other questions you might have 🥰
Hello ;) We have 2 boys 3 years apart and Bc my oldest was over a certain age think it was 8, they are required to give them separate rooms even if they are the same sex. Hope this helps.
