We’re moving to Barksdale in Liberty Heights next month! We will be off Bennington! I’d love to see it fully furnished. We’re not sure how we will decorate with the floor plan we’re getting (Floor Plan A)

That’s awesome! I’m liking the base so far but housing is ehh. That’s to be expected though. Most base housing isn’t the best. Honestly I miss our last base. Never thought I’d say that, when we were stationed there I couldn’t wait to leave. 😅 the grass isn’t always greener huh? I hope you are liking it here!

So sorry for the late response, the backward and patio are tiny and one of my least favorite parts about base house.

I would love to but I’m working on that in my own life hahaha my home is cluttered because things just don’t fit when you move from house to house. Our old house was much larger so it’s been hard! Definitely will keep that in mind in the future

From in the house we don’t hear anything. From outside, walking on the sidewalk etc you can definitely hear kids and yelling. 😅
I wonder why enlisted man's family housing is 7 miles from the main base facilities... BX, commissary, base hospital... Actually in the middle of the swampy woods. Snakes and gators out there because letting your dog or kids outside. You'd be better off renting or buying a house off base, outside the main gate or the east gate.
May I ask what the rent is for these? These are not on house basing correct, it’s rentals? So you get to keep your BAH?
They are on base so we don’t get to see our BAH
