Jane and Ann, both of you bring laughter and a smile to me when I watch any of your videos. You both are truly genuine classy ladies. I’m not sure if you realize you are comedians, but you’re always cracking me up!
Keep the shows coming! Happy New Year from the Midwest.

I can’t wait to bake now!
For the cocoa: half natural (“high notes”) and half dutched/alkalized (“low notes”) for a more rounded, complex flavor. Hershey makes both.

I cannot believe you are going to eat tofu with blue dye in it. Not even food-quality dye. Not eating at your house. However, thanks far the recipe!! We are trying, god knows, but my husband is hungry. We are ALWAYS cooking. We are on day 5. The reality seems to be either live on nuked potatoes and canned beans or ?? Eat the S.A.D.? I don't want my husband to get cancer and heart disease. I would rather not also. Hey, you wild and crazy ladies are always wild and crazy to watch. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Update. he discovered his blood pressure was not as high as the test at home said, so he moped around a few days then gave it up. I am back to hoping I can get him back after the first heart attack. What else can I do? However, I went back to WFPB instead of junk vegan and feel great - eliminated my night hot flashes. Oh, and right now, he is on day 6 of covid. Feels like crap, very bad head cold symptoms and fever. I am well, I feel great. Run circles round him, am always working and in fact have to go now - but I want to say, I got this cookbook and it is GREAT. Thanks, ladies.
