Oh my goodness!,,, I know that has to be good, I grew up on a dairy farm and my mom made the best beef tongue recipe with carrots and potatoes. We never grilled out and she had to make it without us kids knowing it was tongue or we wouldn’t eat it. As we grew older it didn’t matter anymore if we knew, it is an amazing meat. Your recipe brought back memories and I may just have to find me some tongue.
