My unit doesn't even have a port for an AC adaptor. It just has the battery compartment. So I bought 4 rechargeable AA batteries and a charger. I only have to charge them every few months.
Mine showed 120/78. 5 minutes later 145/90 and after 5 more minutes 125/88. After an hour 158/86. Hard to take the results seriously. (I do not have high bloodpreassure)
The way you use the device is not correct and you will not get accurate measurement results. You placed the cuff incorrectly on the forearm, the air hose should be on the upper side (if you measure on the left arm) Look carefully at the user manual, this is how you can mislead someone. I wish you good health!
Is the Omron overated and overpriced? If we look for long the brand have existed and that the technology of the way it's operate haven't changed much in the last 20 years, then it seems they charge a lot the device. Also worth mentioning that the Amazon also have plenty of 1 star rating of the Omron devices, just as any other BP monitor out there.
Mine has worked great so far. I had it for almost a year already. As for the price, I do note that Omron offers models at different price points. This basic one is pretty affordable I think. It doesn't have anything fancy.
Does the package contain an AC adaptor? Or I have to buy one myself?

I think you use the cuff wrong way. The cable must be up.
You're right! The recording is from one of the times I tried the device.
Of course. Wrong way of the cuff.

How odd! I get readings that are stable.
@@2MinuteReviews I will return it for a new one!

If you mean why did I block the display when the results are shown, the answer is we shouldn't be sharing personal medical information online.
