Hey guys you need to come up with a rubber motor mount conversion for the M8 softails I have a brand new 23 breakout and it is like riding a vibrator
The Softails are solid mounted to the frame, and the engine is 100% balanced. There are many reasons you may be having excessive vibration.
But you should still be under warranty, so it may be worth riding another 2023 and seeing if it vibrates less, and if it does, then take your to the dealership and have them fix it.
To give you some (not all) ideas on what could be causing vibration:
Riding with too much throttle at too low of an RPM...should really not be getting on the throttle very heavy until at least at 2500 RPM.
Out of balance tires
Wheel bearing going bad
Drive belt too loose or too tight
Counter-balance in the engine not in spec

Installed these shocks and lift kit on my 2022 tri glide. What a game changer, now I actually can say I love the handling , ride and performance of the trike. Well worth the money and definitely recommend DK custom products.

Hi guys when it comes to a triglide ultra 2023..what makes these shocks that you sell for the 3 wheeler better than the LEGENDS SHOCKS FOR FRONT & REAR OF THE TRIGLIDE ULTRA 2023..
The NEXGEN™ Shocks have 4" of travel (which will largely help with eating up small and large irregularities in the road) , IAS Technology Inside (Inertia Active Suspension is a patented technology. These NEXGEN™ Shocks dynamically adjust rebound damping, resulting in improved riding comfort & control. This is achieved via a motion sensing valve in the shock body that dynamically adjusts the rebound damping to be ideal for both dips and bumps.), They are set for you, your weight and your riding preference so that you can install them and ride. This video shows a lot of what is different about the NexGen Shocks™. One major thing is that we dyno every single shock before it gets shipped out. There is NO ONE else doing this.

Probably the most important factor is how the Trike feels when riding it with the NexGen Shocks™ compared to others, like the Legends.
They just ride better...and that is not just our opinion. You can see in reviews on various forums, that there have been quite a few folks that have been disappointed in the ride quality of the Legends, and when they upgraded to the NexGen's, there were quite pleased.
Regarding front suspension. We were really excited when Legend came out with their latest iteration of the Axeo. (we are a dealer for Legend and wanted to add them to our website since they had such good things to say about them)
Anyway, we did a test of the Axeo's and we were very surprised that their $1000 set up did not provide any significantly more comfortable or compliant ride than the stock springs paired with the Intiminators, but they cost 5 Times as much! Very disappointing.

So if i have 12"bitubos how much better would 13 of these be?
I really need more information to give you a true comparison. What bike do you have? How much do you weigh? Do you ride with a passenger? Are the Bitubos that you have the Twin adjustable that we sell or a different kind of Bitubo?
Even if you are only upgrading to the 13" Bitubos the ride quality would improve. The taller the shock the more travel you have and in turn the better they will ride.

I've got a 78 1/2 Low Rider, can you rebuild/improve them better than new???
The only shocks we build are our NEXGEN™ Shocks. The NEXGEN™ Shocks do have a limited lifetime warranty and we will rebuild them like new if they malfunction, lose their comfort or anything that is covered under warranty happens to them.

So I used your lift brackets on my 2016 Tri Glide, in order to raise the rear-end up a little, while still using the OEM air adjustable shocks. Would I need to use the 13" Nexgen shock, or the 14"?
Hey Ricky, if you installed the lift that is compatible with your OEM shocks you would need to get 13" NEXGEN™ Shocks.
The only way you can get the 14" NEXGEN™ Shocks you would need to get the Convertible Comfort Mount for 14" Shocks.
You should know that adding the NEXGEN™ Shocks the sag with the the 4" of travel will make your bike sit about OEM height.

Beside what y'all said, why should people get these shocks over the well known brands. I'm genuinely interested. And do y'all have any covers (shrouds) that we could have added? I would like the classic look and the protection.
NexGen™ have proper sag, which is needed to give a great ride quality. They come with lifetime warranty. Great knowledgeable Customer Service that will answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We set the shocks preload for you and your riding preference. Most well known brands are NOT built in the USA, nor do they have a Lifetime Warranty, nor do they dyno test each shock before shipping,
We are also not aware of any other company that tests shocks like we do.

As far as Shrouds we do not have anything like that for them. They do not need any coverage. Everything inside the shocks is air tight and everything outside the shocks are weather resistant.

Love your products and your channel, but your sound volume sucks badly
