Like every home team stadium who wants their fans to get loud needs to take a lesson from Lane Stadium
and I cannot believe that I am saying this as a Florida Gator/SEC Fan but Va. Tech doesn't have to tell their fans to get loud and support your team sometimes where most others do and that is because VT has that track that their whole fan base rallies behind ( pre home game , during the home game , after a victorious home game ) .

I've been to some killer games in lane stadium vs Miami . When corso picked Miami to win in the pregame and his car was struck by lightning was unreal. I remember walking out of the stadium and half eaten Turkey legs laying everywhere lol.

@@robertboden8406 when do you ever see empty seats at Texas A&M, Clemson and Alabama games, not only that, they stay until the clock says 00:00 4th qtr. If you go back to the Beamer days you hardly ever saw empty corners and upper endzones. I guess the slump in the teams performance had something to do with that at the end of the Beamer era and past couple of years.
