In addition to being the best event, the last 3 mins of an FMC attempt when you are still on insertions is the most nerve wracking in the WCA

but then again. impressing cubers is way better then non cubers
Also, for FMC, you don't get nervous and your nerves disappear (unless you have 5 minutes left and you haven't written down anything yet and you're panicking).

FMC is definitely my favorite event, except for the fact that I'm terrible at it
want to know how to win fmc a lot? (i've never done it so idk what a good amount of moves would be)
You memorize the 20 moves or less for all 43 quintillion scrambles.
I think 4x4 is the best event because it is a little less popular than 3x3 and. There is so much different time ranges and that even if you aren't fast, it doesn't take a long time to solve like 5x5 or 6x6

Multi blind oh 6x6 is the best event, because there are no centers so you have to memorize color scheme, also double parity, and last edges take forever

3x3 is the only event I do
I think 3x3 is the best event because it is the original rubiks cube. It fits almost everyone well, and OH is only for people with big hands. FMC is about sitting around and writing a solution and is not very honorable if you win. 2x2 is also a good event because of how quick it is.

Im hoping by your picture that you're actually young and that's why you replied the way you did. I don't think you understand what goes on in an FMC solve while you're sitting around writing a solution. What would you say is more honorable. Memorizing a bunch of algs that someone before you figured out were fast and efficient for you method? Or, Crafting your own algs all while layering in other crafted or known algs that mesh together and cancel out some of the moves? There is way more brain power required in the latter. Anyway, You should try it. Then you might see a lot more honor in FMC then 3x3. I know i do.

CFOP - Cross, First two layers, Orient last layer, Permute last layer
COLL - Corners Of Last Layer (preserves last layer edge orientation)
CLL - Corners Last Layer (ignores last layer edges)

Nah skewb on low tensions is the best way to freak out non-cubers.

I tried FMC and got a 46 then spent a week learning a bunch of super complicated and confusing stuff... Then I got a 53. :(
