Colorful pockets, I'm a beginner at cubing and I have had complete noob level skills for the past year... I've pushed beginners method to its limits and I don't think I can go faster. I'm trying to learn CFOP but its getting difficult. Any tips at all?
Slimeytube What's your average in Beginner's? And if you're having a hard time with CFOP, I recommend just practicing F2L & Cross and time it. The usual times are like 19-24 seconds. Try getting it down to at least 8-10 seconds with it and after you average that time, combine it with Last layer and you'll be Sub-20 in no time
+Slimeytube, I was in your seat about a month ago and then I started learning CFOP but was really discouraged. Right now, I solve sub-50 but just 2 weeks ago it took me around 3 minutes. Just watch video after video after video, and trust me it'll click.
I just learned 5x5. I wish there was an adult comp!! I started cubing at 41 and I would love to go to a comp but it's all kids :( I'm sure it would look weird some old guy hanging out solving cubes??
