i'm sub 25 right now my cross is 4 seconds, my f2l 12 seconds and last layer (i use 2-look oll and full pll) 7-8 seconds. So I would recommend learning full pll (because most of the algorithmes are actually quite easy) and maybe practice on your F2L. you can do this with some kind of trainer or just by doing casual solves (solves without a timer) will probably improve your times.
J perm made a really good series of videos about pll algs, I think it's called 'Finger Trick, How to execute ... perm like a pro '. But there are a lot of other good videos about pll algs, so just try to find what works best for you.
