3 months ago, my husband and I found out we were expecting our first baby. About a week later, we lost the baby. I used to watch your channel years ago and loved it, and recently found it again last week. You sharing your journey of walking through the grief and loss of miscarriage has made me feel so seen. I’m thankful that even in the midst of sorrow, God can use what is broken to minister to someone else. Prayers for you and your healing journey! 💛

I remember when I was in high school people would tell me that laughter is only for young people or they would criticize me for just being joyful- but years later I am still laughing:) I felt sorry for those people then and now, because laughter truly is the best medicine! ❤
Last year I was at the lowest point of my life and I never thought I would see the end. Today, I am at the best point in my life and on my healing journey. As I was reading Psalm 23 in your video, I was praying asking God to forgive me for not thinking He would pull my out of that situation. Just as I did, the quote about grace and mercy following us all of our lives popped up on the screen. Tears in my eyes on the treadmill this morning. Thank you for the inspiration as always💗

The resistant starch is still present even if you reheat your cooked then cooled starches! I love doing this with everything I bake - even bagels, banana bread, potatoes! 🙌🏽

I am obsessed with cats. I get cute aggression when I see them esp on my walks. There are a couple of strays in my neighborhood an I'm always trying to feed them if I see them hanging around. 💕 My great grandma had 12 growing up. And my cousin has a farm with some. Not sure how many she has but it's wonderful to visit.

Clean eating makes me feel so much better but i do sturggle sticking with it sometimes! I use clean products in our home and use clean makeup and such but struggle more with food. Your videos help me so much. I'm planning to get your book and read through it! 💛

❤ I live in Ohio where everything is farm and farm land. I find so much joy in watching you find joy in the farm life. I guess sometimes we forgot how we can cherish everything in our daily lives, even if they seem so very normal to us and even repetitive. Seeing someone else find joy in something I experience everyday if very nourishing to me and recharges my batteries. Don’t ever take anything for granted. Love your vids!

Cooked and cooled rice is resistant starch even if you reheat it again. You’ve already modified the starch, it stays resistant.

Oregon is so beautiful! And I was so disappointed when I found out that Trader Joes stopped selling the chocolate honey mint candies, because i never got to try them. But I’m very excited to learn that I can get similar candies some where else. It’s the little things💗
