I just want to say you saved me $600 haha I thought the monitor was broken since when I connected my MacBook to the screen, the color was off. But all I had to do was press that refresh button on the menu and it fixed the problem. Thanks dude!

looking for a 7 inch touchscreen monitor for pc.. so i could play mobile legends from my PC using android emulator.. the only problem was all ive found was a ips display with all the ports located from the side which is hard to hold by hands.. if only they were located at the top or bottom it would be cool..

The MacBook Pro’s external monitor drivers are generalized and don’t support touch. The only touch capability is using a compatible iPad with a Pencil. You will get better results if you use Bootcamp and switch to Windows.

I only found the mini hdmi cable a bit to short and bought a longer replacement Highspeed HDMK 4K with Ethernet cable for that, so I can connect it to the second outpout hdmi port of my Denon receiver. However, this replacement cable only provides the audio over HDMI, and no picture. Are there any special requirements for this mini HDMI cable?

720p looks the same when I have my laptop at 720p at 38inches from the display its because your sitting to close for lower res content I mean a smaller screen could make a lower res image slightly better than a big 55inch tv at 720p uhhh ugly as fuck more pixelated than eve
I plan to do that for my xbox series x even if it means having the laptop running the icc profile in the background I need a hdmi to usb c adaptor since my laptop only has hdmi out so I need a hdmi adaptor to plug into the hdmi and use the usb c on the monitor that way it frees up the input output hdmi on the portable monitor then I can calibrate it to spec 65k
Tx. Just saw it on aliexpress for around 300 Euros, was wondering whether I should invest in it, or buy an other 4K for the half of the price without any resentions on UA-cam... So this one looks really cool, but the only thing I see with this stand it looks kind of wobbly when you touch the screen, you see it shaking when you touch it, but probably I am going to use it the other way around lying almost completely down. Also, 5 years warranty sounds kind of trustworthy, the others, for the half of the price, give only one year, but you can buy two for the price of this one. I don't know what the picture quality of those cheaper ones is... that's my main concern... So food for thought.. Tx for the video 😃

hydrogxn You are absolutely right! I bought a drive from Softwaretitel and now it is working perfect - with touch! The sharpness and the colors are absolutely perfect. Personally, I like it more than the internal display.
It is a watts hog, but I am able to fire it up on nothing but a USB-C cable and the mini HDMI connected to my laptop... It burns the USB-C port pretty hard though and runs the laptop battery down if the laptop is not plugged in and charging... I keep the 45W power adapter handy just in case I need to run a long time.

My Samsung Dex can support displays up to 2K resolution. Have you tested to see if it is possible to get 2K resolution on the 4K display or is it limited only to 1080P (1920x1080)?
