We use Half & Half straight from the carton. So easy to get and expiration date on the container. Makes nice thick shakes.

Can you run this shake base through a milkshake machine instead of using 5% milkshake mix?

Hi, I was wondering if you could answer this question. If someone opens up an ice cream business could they use milk, creamer and low-fat milk from a store rather than buy it in bladders?
I was also wondering how much you pay for two bladders of ice cream mix I'm assuming they are about two and a half gallons each?
    Thank you
