I didn't know that I was struggling with eco-anxiety until my mom told me that a sustainable lifestyle is good, but I put my parents under a lot of pressure, it was the time I realized I was too eager to change my lifestyle, change others and change the world. Thank you for reminding me again ( :
Your first point was absolutely a mistake I made. I read so much and absorbed so much information that I regurgitated it to my friends and family. But that just pushed people away because I wasn't being kind or thoughtful. I think we all go through something like that.

All we can do is our best and hope that we lead by example! For me, it was a burst of hope seeing our President address climate change and sit at the table to discuss next steps. What a world of difference between now and then.
