Good afternoon folks and thank you so much for taking time from your busy day to come. join us on the virtual tour of 3826 Willaford Drive here in beautiful and scenic Plant City, Florida. We're in a new park today. First time we've ever been in this park and we're excited to bring you this home in the Magnolia Mobile Home Park. It is a beautiful Park smaller Park and it is absolutely a great location with much more of a country-style feel so if you're looking to be closer to a central Florida location with a lower-priced home with great updates, please make sure you watch the entire video as I'm sure you will be shocked at the price point of this home as we get to the number section here.
Before we get started, let's go ahead and show you where exactly we are located, okay? We're in the middle of the community, there is not a lot of drive-by traffic here. Where we are located the entrance of the park is going to be up here at the stop sign, take a right. Shopping and dining are just going to be minutes away from your front door,
Disney and all that good stuff and the house of the mouse is about an hour or so away. Gulf beaches are about an hour in the opposite direction so great Central Florida location. Very affordable housing here at 3826.

I owned several mobile homes over the years. Back in 2015, you could buy this same-sized home for about $2000. Yes, $2000. Lot rents were about $390 to 450. Those days are gone because of Biden. Bidenflation has killed the American dream. Now we will have Harrisflation just weeks away. If you ever buy a mobile home, buy a piece of land for cash.

Lot rent way to high

I was thinking with the lot rent, mortgage, pest control, regular insurance, flood insurance, hurricane insurance it's gotta be close to $3,000 a month. Is water, power and garbage pick up included, it should be for that price but unlikely so that's another $200 to $300.
motivated sellers? Why, because of high lot rent and high utilities. It's sad that greed it taking over and this is what happens. My friends sister moved out of her Florida mobile home for this reason high lot rent and utilities. She doesn't like Ohio but at least she can make ends meet now.

Not only am I concerned about high lot rent, but high insurance costs as well...I hear Florida is not a good place to buy a home right now.

I was thinking about buying a trailer home but I’ve lived in Florida all my life and I’ve been in hurricanes like Andrew and I know what they can do. So I’m scared to live in a trailer.

It is FL and it's close to the them parks. It would be a good investment property to rent out to tourists if they allow that.
It’s $550+ in the 5000 pop. town in Iowa. Postage size yard. Insane! Last yr it was $290 investment company bought it and jacked up the price.
@@Otis1330 Investment companies have been buying up as much rental property as they can and jacking up the prices all over. I can't believe the rest here in WI is the same as it is in a lot of bigger cities. I don't understand how minimum wage workers can afford it? I'm paying 73% of my income to housing and figured buying a mobile home would be cheaper but not with the outrageous lot rents.
@@lennybuttz2162 driven by greed! So many lower to mid income elderly live in my town’s park. They’ll be priced out in no time it rates keep going up. Incredibly sad.

I'm Looking for a cheap 2 br. MYSELF and my caregiver and my cat. 12 yr old indoors no smoking or drinking or drugs.. I'm on Disability a 73 yr old woman. price only between 2,000 4,000 only and Low rent and mortgage pmt. Ty in the Bradenton or Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Try to get a loam to pay for the house, banks don't like to lend money for a mobile home, they don't give out a mortgage it's more like a car loan.
