Does anyone know what additional modifications are required to make these work? My Chat rep at Viking said she had no idea, but I love the look of these bags. Just don't want to buy them without knowing what additional work it'll take.
Roswell Rider I just installed these onto my 2015 R Spec. Go to the hardware store and buy the 90 mm M8 bolts. The ones that come with the bags are too short. Fits like a charm. Only drilling necessary is the bottom brackets. Make sure you do the side light removal to the rear fender.
Can confirm that it does indeed fit the R-Spec. But I had to buy 110mm M8 bolts, not 90mm. That's because I have the sissy bar installed, which adds more width. Few things to note: the left shock sits a bit more outside than the right shock, so it touches the bag. Doesn't seem to be a big deal, I just put a few layers of black ducktape to avoid scratching of the bag. Also, if you have the sissy bar installed you might want to replace the back spacers with similar size ones to the front spacers, as this will make the bags sit parallel to the lines of the bike, rather than at an angle.
Where did you get the highway foot rest, and how comfortable is the Corbin seat compared to the factory seat?
That is Exactly how I want my bike to look
what mounting bracket are you using for the bags
Can you share where you bought the highway bar for the 2014 Yamaha Bolt?
I second this as I've been on the lookout for something like this.
Also interested to know what model
Hey guys I think low and mean has one

Where are the turn signals then?
And, were you able to install the bags with the equipment provided or did installation require extra trips to the hardware store?
What engine guard and foot pegs do you use on your bike?
yes, i liked that those too. i'm curious what brand are those?
Hey mate, thanks for the review. Can you tell me the dimensions of the bags you bought ? They look like they were made for the bike - perfect size !
Does this fit on a Yamaha Bolt XVS950CC 2020?
Is the shock cutout large enough to work on the R spec?
I don’t see any turn signals!
Thank you for the video... a great addition. Do you know if any none-pocket saddle bags will fit the Yamaha bolt. Thank you in advance.
Can I get a list of all the mods done to the bike .
Hey man what fairing is that? It looks phenomenal on the bike
can these bags fit a 2019 yamaha bolt r-spec?
I can't find where to buy these bags anywhere.
If you can't find them on our website, they may have been discontinued.
Viking bag only for US Market? Do you guys stell in Europe ( Austria)?
Are the medium or large?
How did you work around the stock turn signals in the back
He removed them.
Do you think there’s enough room to fit with the R spec shocks?
The bags he has are made with a shock cut out. It does, however require relocating the tail lights on the R-spec.
I looked on the vikingbags website, but there is no category for the bolt. Which category is this set up under?
Sportster bags
Would theses fit on and R-spec? Why I ask is Because R-specs have Shock reservoirs.

BboyDino do you mean drilling into the bag or into the bike? Did you use the mounting that came with the bags?
BboyDino how do you get away with no turn signals?

Were did you get seat
This motorcycle belongs to a customer, sorry we cannot give you more information.
Okay but if you are going to show this kind of stuff we need to know stuff like if the turn signal stayed where they were that kind of thing
Jesus you sound just like Seth Rogen
👍👍👍
