@@lowkeypeen5250 Ive done it before, and its much harder than what you'd think. If I can suggest anything learn how to take EVERYTHING youll need apart, before you start wrapping. learn how to take bumper off, lights, etc. because if you have to stop wrapping half way through to learn it can be a pain.
Good job, honestly this isn't for most weekend handyman if you want it picture perfect. Whatever you do on Tesla, just avoid electronic modifications, they void warranty once they discover you have quiet doors opening, brighter flood lights....because I found out the hard way
Thanks for the show and tell for doing vinyl wrapping on a car. I would never try and do this, but it is nice to see the steps involved. I have a friend that does vinyl signs for customers. How does this Vinyl wrapping do or should hold up in really cold or hot humid weather? I live in Northern Illinois so we do get some sub zero weather in the winters and 90's and near 100 on some summers for several days. Thanks and take care. You are quite the artist to do this to vehicles.
Hey Brian! Great detailed video. One suggestion: Consider saving your door handle remnants to give away, sell or use on one of your future wraps. Just a thought. Thanks! Keep up the great work!
Great work! That film looks really cool! I like that rainbow effect, do they make that in a darker color? I have the grey model Y would like to see what it looks like w/ raindow effect in gray
Hey Brian I just picked up a new model y and looking for a good 3M paint protection film which one do you recommend? I'm looking to get a large roll enough possibly to do the whole car eventually or at least a small portion of the front initially. We're in the bug season and rock chips are very common. Thanks for all the informative videos on DIY wrapping. Take it easy man , Casey

Buy the whole roll just incase you make a mistake. you should only use about 55-60 feet

Why did you end up wrapping the tops of the doors black? In the video you showed them wrapped white. Just curious
