The level of detail from you and your team is truly impressive!! I (I'm guessing along with most others who watch this) am blown away by the amount of effort, knowledge and skill that goes into this process and you guys knock it out of the park!
Wow. I’m impressed with the level of time, effort, and detail you put into these activities. It’s great to see, what appears to be, an efficient and knowledgeable team. You all appear so young for such a great business. The results show, though. I have no doubt your team and that business will see great futures success.
Really good video, shows all the work that goes into it. So glad to see the attention to detail. But I have to wonder if a better solution for the owner would have been PPF and a light ceramic coating. Because with the ceramic it can still get road debris dings.
Funny thing .... what you guys do, Tesla should be doing before they give you the car. I bought a 2021 model X and the day I got it the paint fell like the car was laying outside for months. The inside was dirty and had ink marks on the white seats and the body panels were all over the place. Great Job!!
Yeah I could follow this channel. Shop is awesome the break down is nice. I'm sure as time goes on the editing will improve but for less than 1k subs this is quality shit for sure. Good jobs fellas.
This is the car I want!!!! Y’all made it shine!!! I’m in the southeast so it would be a heck of a road trip to have this done by your group😄😄 The video gives me an idea about coating/prices when I finally take the plunge! Great work!!🖖🏾✌🏾
I guess im asking the wrong place but does someone know a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost my account password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Ayden Enoch i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
1:32, no that's not a hubcap, it's a wheel cover, but a lot of people call them hubcaps. A hubcap is what you'd most commonly see in the 50's and 60's covering just the hub, basically to hide the lugnuts and spindle bearing cap.
Nice video, very well done with detailed explanation. I'm planning to try my 1st ceramic coat DIY soon, so this video will come in handy. BTW, can you use regular ceramic coat on headlights? or does it have to be plastic ceramic coat solution? Thanks.
I now own a Tesla Model Y Blue color, so I suppose that would be my favorite :) Loved this video. There is so much details and so much work that goes into it. Where are you based? I wish I can bring my car over to you to get the ceramic coating done. I am here in Phoenix, Arizona
Nice shop and process!! If your running the machine on speed 6 you could be heating the clearcoat enough to cause swelling just hiding most of the defects.
I just picked up my 2023 model y last Monday so far it’s the nicest car I have ever had. I have always had pickups so this is a charge. What’s it cost to have this done to a model-y ?
You guys really are on your game! i watched your whole video and was very impressed with your work! Where are you located? I just might bring my 2022 Model 3 proformance in!
Thanks Raaed! Have fun with detailing your Tesla! If you have any questions or want any recommendations for anything let us know! You can contact us on our Instagram too if that’s easier 👍
This video is concisely produced and info packed! I had no idea just how intense this process is. Thanks for sharing and caring. Just got my baby a few weeks ago 2021 Model Y- stock paint and interior white black Another Tesla hmmm- 2021 Tesla Y - Switch it around black body white interior
Great breakdown on the process. What is your mixture of product that you use in the foam cannon during your decontamination wash, including iron removal? What brand and number of ounces on the IR?
Thank you! Yes we clean the door every time we wash a vehicle. Once we are done with washing and claying the vehicle we take the wash mitts and clean the jams. The mitts get very dirty from this, that’s why it’s a good idea to make it the last thing to do with them 👍
if i make a drive out there and plan ahead to have you you do a ppf and ceramic on my MYP, how long would it take? i am near Chicago btw haha. unless you know someone that does the amazing work you guys do i seriously want to drive there just for your amazing work.
We don’t offer PPF yet we are going to start offering it in about a month but if you’re looking for a very reputable place to go check out Chicago Auto Pros. They have a good UA-cam channel and a very impressive shop 👍 they’ll be much closer for you too lol
I ordered a new Model 3 in Red, arriving hopefully in the next week. Where are you guys? I live north of NYC, are you in NJ? Looks like that Model Y has yellow Jersey plates. I’d like to put some protection on this.
We are located in north Jersey in the Sparta area of Sussex county! If you want to see how far away you live we have a map on our website autocorrectdetailing.com Definitely a good idea to protect it, Tesla’s have very soft paint. We have a contact page on our website that you communicate with us on and our phones are always on. Feel free to call or text us anytime 👍
Well, w/ my brand new Q5e in my Garage I have made a decision not just based on finances but how much investment I wanted in an Auto I will keep for 10 yrs. No PPF.......full lifetime ceramic coating, tint the front 2 windows and I'll just apply RainX when I actually need it that bad. Hoping the 21" wheels on this new girl turn out nicely. Now I need to find the GO TO Detailer in ATL. Someone if you know the best Detailer to do the ceramic...........lemme know.
Excellent! Great job. I was shocked that a Brand New Tesla Model Y should be in such a bad state. Do the swirls come from Tesla's pre-delivery polishing? My favourite colour is the Red, at least until the Deep Crimson is available. Elon has it already.
No we don’t put any coatings on the Tesla camera lenses. Wouldn’t want to risk any smears, smudges or streaks and compromise any of the camera clarity. The other censors are safe to coat tho 👍
what are your thoughts on having a model 3 wrapped with clear wrap? my black model 3 is 3 months old and already has a couple of chips in the paint from stones. What should I do to protect it? Thanks for your help, love the information.
Thanks for commenting Gary! I highly recommend paint protection film (PPF aka clear bra). That’s the clear wrap you are talking about. PPF protects against industrial fallout such as rock chips, debris abrasion, and minor scratches. It also protects against minor impact. If your looking for the best impact protection PPF is the way to go 👍 I’d recommend a full front PPF install. That will protect every frontward facing panel that gets the most impact
@@autocorrectdetailing8867 Im very interested. Im in Pa near Reading but willing to travel to you. I guess it will take a couple of days to do the front end?
@@garymbuck1 yes it would take a few days especially if we detailed the rest of the car too. Unfortunately we won’t PPF available at our shop for about another 3 months. What was the time frame you were looking to have it done?
I'm in nyc I have a 2 year old trail boss with scratches the auto body shop here told me that wet sanding and polishing, would correct the it about 90% then to get it ceramic coating .Do you guys can do it all at your shop or should I wet sand it and polish it then bring it there.? And if so how much you charge for ur best treatment.
Hey Mark! So PPF and Ceramic Coatings protect against different things. PPF protects against impact damage like rock chips while Ceramic Coatings protect against environmental fallout like UV oxidation, pollen fading and other harmful things that nature can throw at your vehicle. I would recommend getting a PPF full front install so front bumper, hood, fenders, and mirrors and then ceramic coating the rest of the vehicle. That will protect the high impact areas from rock chips and the rest of the vehicle from natural oxidation.
A very interesting and well-done video.Do you recommend PPF? Or would ceramic coating suffice? I am expecting a delivery of my 2022 model 3 in multi coat red in a couple of weeks

My favorite Tesla and color is a midnight silver metallic Model Y.

Thanks Rod! Looking forward to bringing it in for a detail we love Teslas ! What color are going with??
Beautiful job. Would you wrap in poof after this?
Just had four coats of ceramic pro put on my 2023 Performance Model Y. 2 coats on plastics and rims. One coat on windows. Turned out great.
Awesome! Glad to hear your Tesla is now coated and protected for years to come.
Really good video, shows all the work that goes into it. So glad to see the attention to detail. But I have to wonder if a better solution for the owner would have been PPF and a light ceramic coating. Because with the ceramic it can still get road debris dings.
Model S Plaid. Red. Very nice work and system you have there for applying the 9H
Getting my model Y soon too, I love the blue color
Nice! I bet you’re looking forward to getting it!

does iron remover degrade existing ceramic coatings? how do you not slip and fall when that ground is wet?
