As a female, I love taking creatine, and it has helped me in many areas of my life. I do find that I retain less water with micronized creatine so if you’re a female try that out
I can't even tell you all. I have learned so very much. I have changed so much of what I have been doing with diet and exercise. This is going to be my year ❤ THANK YOU. HAVE THE BEST YEAR🎉🎉
I’ve tried creatine numerous times over the years and never noticed any effects. No change in weight, exercise performance, the appearance of muscles (e.g. “fullness”), sleep quality… Nothing. I’ve tried doses ranging from 3 grams per day to 20 grams per day. Absolutely zero effect at any dose. Do you have any recommendations for creatine non-responders? Is it still worth taking for effects that might not be immediately noticeable, like long term cognitive health?
My challenge to you is: Which one makes more sense? Consuming a species specific species appropriate human diet where you get all you need (incl. Creatine), or consuming a deficient diet that needs supplementing and so filling the pockets of an industry?
whenever i take creatine i get extremely dehydrated, even my lips get dry. i up my water intake but have to pee every 10 minutes, and clear white too. so here i am feeling dehydrated as hell AND peeing every 10 mins. tried to consume more salt/electrolytes but no use. what does this mean? i cant find an answer.
Yeah, serious issues when it comes to rampant rancidity. I find it cheaper, environmentally friendly, convenient, etc. to just chow down on sardines 2-4 times a week. Not to mention that great micronutrients and protein that goes along with it. Poor vegans though, unlike creatine they have to jump through so many more hoops if they want proper Omega 3.
Not gonna lie they talked about this subject, at least once every three weeks. I mean, I understand. I still enjoy their content, At this point, it’s like why you talking about creatine we know how you feel about it
@@Damian-pk6kjTruth never changes!! Science has no new info on creatine! Do you have new info to provide?? If so, start your own podcast and help the world like these men do!

Wow, full dedicated Creatine 'sode. The definitive guide! 😊

Adam dressed like Dr. Evil
Someone get him a cat to hold!!
I wonder if creatine non responders still get the cognitive benefits, or if they simply don't respond to it in any way.
Commenting before the comments crying about time stamps

I wouldn't put it past them even on a 37-minute video.
Imagine being that soy
Time stamps are not necessary for single topic videos.

What about bcaa/eaa ?
bcaa are BS, eaa are decent, but your diet is more important.
Time to brush up on your understanding of the details of mechanism, 'cos this half an hour was quite exposing...
For them? Or YOU? 😂
For them & obviously for you too 😂

It’s way cheaper to supplement w/creatine than getting 100% of it from animal protein.
Easy, supplement. Creatine is dirt cheap. Do you really think these guys care about your quiz? Lol
Do both
No need.
Let's see where your deficient diet takes you. Good luck.
GH in low doses is very good to most rich peoples take it

table salt?
you need to add celtic or pink himalyan salt to your water, and magnesium.
What if you have 1 kidney??
is it on ice?
OMEGA 3 TO BUT
most omega 3 supplements are a scam because they don't last long

in the present times when so few people eat real red meat creatine is essential
