Put the garlic in the food processor, chop it up. Take spoon fulls put on a cookie sheet and freeze. We call them garlic pucks. I also chop up all my extra celery and freeze for soups and anything I need sauted celery for. I also do this with onions and peppers.

My husband and I love the same stores too. It’s kinda fun starting at Costco then Trader Joe’s, sprouts and Whole Foods too. The best of the best!

Your haul looks like my haul at Costco. I love the garlic cloves they are soo convenient to use I keep them in the freezer. I wish my Costco was like your Costco. In Long Beach, Ca, we don't have Better than Bouillion plant base, in the past, I have seen your other hauls and I wished ours had more plant-based items. I will see if we have the Tofu because I would love it. Great video guys!

I love your focus on organic and homemade foods. I’ve been supporting local farmers and signing up for CSA’s this year. Talk about super fresh and healthy food! It’s also charming to drive out to farm and pickup the food every week.
If you mince your garlic (by hand or food processor) I’ve found putting them in ice cube trays and freezing them gives good predone portions of garlic if I find myself with too much.

We get that when they have it, but it is often not available. For Lexx, it doesn't matter because he is not oil free.
