Deeply appreciate your message, exactly what I needed to hear. Believe that as long as you're alive, you are only destined to succeed, and that everything always works out in your favor. 🎉❤
What if 99% of what life is offering is superfluous? I know exactly what I want, and it's the only thing I don't have and it has nothing to do with materialism! There's only one thing that matters the rest is just icing!
Everyone you see is God staying busy in infinite playing some kind of role. Because you know when you exist forever, the main thing you want is to be entertained and feel like your busy. Not bored with nothing to do. How do we stay busy in infinite? We make up problems and play them out as human beings. Well, that's one way to do it.
Accidentally stumbled upon this video. I think you've presented yourself well. Faith is indeed fundamental for achieving a balanced life. We all have to put our faith in "something". Jesus knew that, as did other great teachers. Faith seems so underrated these days. Not sure about your stick, but I'm not judging. It makes you feel comfortable, right?
Hi, this indeed clicked for me. I'm a pretty negative person. What are your suggestions for overcoming something traumatic that has recently happened in your life to get out of the negative thought loops and something more positive. How can I stop these negative thoughts or what do you do to change them into something positive?
Hi there! First of all, I'm sorry for what you've gone through. It takes a lot of bravery to share that you're struggling and even more seek out how to heal from it. For me personally, the most important first step in healing my trauma was to take a lot of time and space just for myself - as much as I could. Over time, this led me to feel safe again and connect to my inner self. The people you surround yourself with and the content you consume has a huge impact on your way of thinking, so becoming more aware of those influences and cutting them out as necessary can have a big impact on your mental health and well-being. There were also many books that taught me how to become a more positive, mindful person - I highly recommend Be Here Now by Eckhart Tolle and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Listening to Alan Watts and Ram Das recordings on UA-cam were also amazing influences. Overall, the most important part is becoming more mindful of your thoughts so that you can recognize them in the moment in order to reframe them. I hope this helped - I may make a video on this in the future (: 💗
While I like your message, I'm not a fan of the first part. As someone that was passively suic_idal from feeling broken for decades before I found out at 40 that I'm dyslexic and on the autism spectrum, I don't think those decades of being lonely and sick was worth being were I am now. Mid 40's and only just starting life, wondering is love is worth looking for as it's something I've never experienced.
I mean, you can wallow in bitterness and resentment and prolong your own suffering or you can be grateful that you've not checked out yet and for the amazing life lessons you'll no doubt have picked up along the way and use this experience to help others out of similar situations. Think of all the humans in the world that don't let autism and dyslexia hold them back, why should you? You're still here for a reason bro and you chose this soul contract 🙏🏻
@@underdogpsychosis2841 Haha who said I'm wallowing in bitterness and resentment? With what I've lived through I really happy with were I am now, I just don't think the decades of suffering helped make me who I am now, some suffering and struggles for sure but there get to a point where more suffering doesn't really help much. There's also a huge difference between having autism and dyslexia and knowing about it vs having them and spending 40 years feel dumb and broken because I could never meet the typical standards everyone (including myself) held me too. I've spent the last 6 year totally rebuilding who I am and I still have a ways to go but healing is slow. Cheers :)
@@Tim_G_Bennett ahh, my mistake bro. I got that vibe as you said you didn't think all the suffering was worth where you are now. I relate more than you could know and I know how much harder it can be when you've had to live for so long as undiagnosed, not knowing why tf you are the way you are. It really seems unfair. But life oftentimes isn't fair, I don't think it's supposed to be. But I do believe any and all suffering can be viewed as a positive, though that's much easier to realise after the fact. I don't know what your views are on spirituality but I truly believe we chose our life path beforehand and all the suffering and bullshit we had to experience as part of our karmic contract. And although it makes me think my soul must be an absolute sadomasochistic mental case, it's made it easier to accept why I had to experience a lot of the suffering and hardships that I did. I understand how hard it must've been, if I was with you rn I'd give you a non-ghey hug 😅😂 just try and rewire your mindset to be grateful for the bullshit, as hard as that is, and use it to yours and others advantage in any way you can. You still being here talking to me now is testament to your strength and resilience, proud of you bro 🙏🏻💚
