Mam thanks a ton for all the effort u put into this amazing presentation..My CA Finals are due in a month and m pretty much screwed up on the time factor.This saved a hell lot of trial and errors that would have been..u just helped increase my project Z-score into a higher probability of completing the course duration within the due date..:) Regards all the way from India (btw do u have anything on Project Crashing?)
Dr Zelbst, when your using method 1 and a backward pass and your subtracting using the formula LS=LF-D and your LF is smaller then your duration number do you put a - number? Thank you
