I tried different ways to incorporate the ingredients and my cake always fall flat lol Now I know how to keep the light consistency in the batter.But the most important part is to whipped the eggs until they reach a full volume I made so much sponge cake's spoiled,before I got the right results Sorry to teas you! Good day! it's a 35 % cream used for cooking It's has a medium creamy consistency and great to use to add more richness to the cake. You can substitute it for whole milk.🥛 💕 Thank you for watching!

Yes the butter milk will be great.
I never use the crem fresh if it has a medium consistency a little thicker than 3% milk then that's ok to use.
