You all probably dont give a damn but does any of you know of a way to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me.
These are EXTREMELY VALUABLE INSIGHTS for any newbie web designer. Many applications. Rob, I am most grateful to have stumbled across your channel. Thank you so much for this valuable instruction.
Thank you very much for sharing. I don't know about everybody else, but thing I most need to improve on is salesmanship. You are the best source that I have found for this stuff, really the only source that isn't gimmicky, or just a lead-in to a sales course. Really, man, thanks!
Thanks Keith, I do have a sales program but I try to not be spammy about it ha! But ya, in general, I just love this sales stuff. There is so much to selling and I really found it hard to find good resources when I started. There are a lot of goofy people who teach sales and make it seem you got to be some hyperactive nutcase in a suit when that just isn't the case. Glad to see it helps and thanks for the feedback.
I concur with this...to close a sale you have to find those pain points your potential customer have especially those which are very agent, a problem that's hard for them to ignore...
Excellent info, thank you. I don't believe in manipulation.. but simply stating a case where I believe I can truly help them and lay out the method. Your problem & solutions really help with this process. Being confident and clear. Sometimes its good that it hasn't closed...they simply don't have the money, their product is not very competitive and the best website in the world won't fix it.
I'd like to see video on risk reversal as we can't guarantee the revenue they will get and few common resistances Secondly, most importantly, can you talk about the whole process such as first getting prospect contact info, then emailing, consult, onboard, etc. Imagine if you're explaining it to a new person on the steps to do it
I am cold calling restaurants in my city right now because i think they need website for online delivery or take out since dinning is a no during this pandemic...
Often i get reponses that a prospect "already has enough work" or "is busy enough without a website" any recommendations from you guys. I know that sometimes its best to leave them if they say this, and sometimes its better to offer services that could help streamline their clients or automate things, but i have trouble with wording these things. much appreciated.
Love the content and greatly appreciate the knowledge. I'm just starting out and I'm trying to figure out how to get my first sale with no prior clients. Any suggestions on how to prove to the client I can solve their problems?
Show potential by asking good questions and coming up with a great plan. Then remove as much risk as you can - lower or remove your prices, let them know their won’t be any downside etc. Also working with people who already know you for the first project can help a lot with this. Then once one project is done you got something to show people who don’t know you.
U actually only need headphones if you’re working with audio. They do this so the mic doesn’t pick up anything besides your vocals. It’s important for post production.
i like the way focus the sale on solve problems, like it really have question do.you.sent cold emails and phone calls ? i scared made that because this consider spam , but not sure maybe this works
Please answer my Question: Which payment method do you use for huge payments like $5k and above? I'm not a US resident but still list your payment processors please. I head paypal freezes a lot of money. Any other?

Ya exactly: ask questions > find problems > find more frustrating and urgent problems > work on helping to fix those.

Another excellent video Rob. So so relieved to see you added 'TT' to that top box on the left hand side. Great stuff!
ha! That was for the "attention" of the business owner - often overlooked when trying to sell.
Thank you Rob, truly appreciate your response. This is valuable as gold
Cheers Scott - hope that helped.

Ill add it to the list, thanks Mika.
Hi! I loved your video, but I'm having trouble finding enough of the impact of my customer's problems. I'd love more insight!
The whiteboard was a great visual aid.
I need to get a stand for it though, my arm was dead after this hahaha.

That's what I call an employee mindset. The person hasn't thought about or is afraid to expand out and relinquish some control of his business

Stripe, Gumroad, etc. Just type in payment processors online, tons of options
The urgent factor clicked.
Great tips. I am using Udimi for my website traffic and getting great results.
This should be titled, how to close a sale.
