Thank you so much for your excellent video. I'd stripped lots of bits out of our Samsung C430W Xpress which looks similar until I found you video: pull off the cable plug at the front, drop the white levers at the back , and pull out the transfer iit! Simple! Now I'm fighting with the left spring which holds the drum in position - I'd taken it out because the drum wouldn't go back in passed the spring. Then I find that the printer doesn't print! It appears to work but pages come out blank.
@303electronics thanks for you reply. I managed to put the spring back and both printers work! I just needed to put more force on pushing the drum in to overcome the spring clip. Also, in the panel that holds the spring clip, there's an led which I cleaned. Maybe that was the cause of not printing!
@@303electronics I agree. And after further dissassembly, I found an led on the same PCB. I made sure it was clean and properly seated in the moulding. Now both C430W printers are printing! I may have disturbed the led when I pulled out the spring. Spring is back in too - pushing the drum unit more firmly made it oversome the spring.
The right side clip that releases the transfer case popped off...how do I get that back in?

Thank you very much for the vidéo. I needed to replace the f.*§! transfer belt but it didn't want to come. There are some small sh;*§! tabs hiden ! Realy thank you !
Very helpful video. A wired thing that happened is that I managed to print some black text perfectly. When I tried to print same text in colour, printer only managed to print with the black. After this, it issues again transfer belt error. Counters were reset from menu. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for the informative video
This video was super helpful and I have successfully replaced the belt unit on my C430W printer, BUT the error still exists (despite the printer working fine) telling me I need to order a replacement belt unit. I guess it hasn't recognised the replacement even though it's genuine HP part, any help?
I cleaned transfer belt by brushing off ink powder. It wasn't seriously dirty. , and it looks in perfect condition. But still get the error message - 'prepare new transfer belt'. So is there nothing else to be done, or is there a 'reset' somewhere for this message. Thanks
Unfortunately, on this printer model the transfer belt needs to be replaced after a certain amount of pages printed. I do not know how to reset it, but there may be something online. I couldn't find anything direct.
*It prints like no other **Bestt.Digital** printer. i have always loved Epson for the colors they produce.*

I appreciate your feedback. I'm not sure if the spring is the cause of blank prints. See if your connections are all there.

Did you try to reset the TB counter?

Replacing the ITB worked , but still need to reset the counter ...how to ?
Have you found any solution?
I have seen in another video there is a tech-mode where you can reset the counters. Press these 7 keys:
menu # 1 9 3 4 menu
0:52 or put paper on top of it
I like how there are 3k views but only 4 comments
Realice el proceso cambiando la banda de transferencia pero mi impresora no enciende alguien sabe a que se debe?
You may have disconnected the wire to power supply or screen somewhere inside the printer when changing the belt.
I cannot get the transfer belt to come out. I can pull it forward, but it wont drop.
