I suffer from the multiple project syndrome. I'm writing a novel, have three online shops, UA-cam videos, Patreon, an ongoing room organizing, it seems to be endless! I do everything myself so I try to batch similar things together on the same day to help get things off my mental checklist.

So smart to put all the milestones of all your projects on a single timeline so you know what to prioritize. Also delegating to your MVPs is key to not getting overwhelmed by too many tasks that you need to do. If it is not something that only you essentially can take care of then delegation is the way to go!
