Yesterday i saw someone spend almost 4 or 5 hours trying to beat this boss and then i just see this 😂

Yea, bayle is weak to holy weapons like lightning, perfumes are very powerful in the dlc

It would be better to use the ice perfume here since Bayle is weak to frostbite while being strong against lightning and fire

It take me like 20 tries and i have a no hit in ds1 😭😭😭
Spend some time walking into and out of melee range until you find the sweet spot where he cycles Ai from ranger/gap close and melee mode.
After that you can move in and out over and over to pick his attacks.
This is what people mean when they say Git Gud, “learn to exploit the ai.” This works on every boss, btw. Even better if you have a ranged option or a good dash attack to poke with when the Al switches attack patterns
You could also just play dark souls again, it’s a better game

@@ltrpwd no, git gud, means git gud, as in learn the boss and quit crying. is me stepping out of his long range attacks exploiting the ai? no, how else am i finna bonk his ass with my greatsword duh. and how on earth is ds 1 a better game, its worse in every aspect not to mention the rushed second half bro, objectively ER is the best souls game out there.

Well unfortunately Bayle is way too fast for Ancient Dragon Lightning Strike to be good.

if you don't know how to get there, explore the south part of scadu altus for a cave :)
Oh and if you haven't beaten this dragon, please bring an NPC called Igon with you. Trust me, Igon will make you *love* that fight

@@Bittaminif you haven’t looked it up, you should look it up.
It’s not super complicated but there’s a few steps, a few dragons to kill, a couple of NPCs to talk to, and a specific route there.
I am afraid some people will beat (or has beaten) bosses like these and then say that the bosses are easy/balanced while never even having to face half of the moves.
That’s absolutely true. I cheesed mohg on my first play. I’ve only ever helped my one friend beat it after that, and I did it with a pretty cheesy build. Right now I’m playing with a shield and mohgs spear. It’s a good build, but nothing OP like this
@@Bittamin yeah, it seems a lot of people are picking up shield in the DLC. Since you are using shield, I suggest using deflecting hardtear as well, if you haven't already.
That way you won't be playing passively most of the time and guard counter more efficiently (since deflect causes little to no stamina loss).
I myself am doing pretty well as well, though nowhere near as fast as some of the people completed the game.

The problem with using too OP build is that if you haven't got to see half of boss moves, how can you even tell those moves are fair?
And how can you call it fair when you have to resort to gears OP enough so you can't skip part of the boss fight?
This kinda happened to me fighting dancing lion. I still don't know if I can beat his frost stage. I simply damaged him fast enough (along with stagger and bleed from Bloodhound fang) that he died before he could initiate ice mode. So now I can't comment whether all of his phases are fair and balanced.
These guys ratherget a few clicks and veiws rather then experience anything bro its all clout to them
my friend did exactly that to consort radahn as in he literally killed him first try with this build, basically one shotting him, i mean its your game, you paid for it, you do whatever you want, but you are kinda robbing yourself of that experience imo. hes the typa guy thats too lazy to learn the fights so he resorts to doing whatever just to get the job done.
@@idkbro12123 personally, I don't even mind him cheesing through an OP build as long as he discovered it himself, or did mild search on the mechanics instead of looking up the most busted build. At least he would be doing some research by himself then.
However, as I said, the issue is then claiming the boss is easy. If you face all of his attacks, survive and then manage to beat him, then you can give good judgement on the boss. But if you kill him with high DPS before he can start his next phase, then the only reason you won is because of your OP build, not because of your understanding of the boss.
I really hate it when people say boss #X is fair but then on suggesting how to defeat the boss, they say to stay at Y distance so boss doesn't do W move (or only does Z move). That's literally them admitting that W move is busted (or everything other than Z move is busted).
If its broken they will nerf it within days dude why ruin the fun for everyone 🤡
It's not broken the build is powerful, lightening perfume is very powerful in the dlc and bayle is weak to holy damage. But I understand you, this creators talk too much, They will have to look into this an probably nerf it as they did with falling rune farming. 🤡🤡🤡
