ELDEN RING: Patches secret quest with Lady Tanith (locations)

- After u beat Rykard everyone will left soon vulcano manor after u talked to them, Patches too. But u can find Patches later at the shadow fortress if u leave the boss room grace point, hes on the right side at the floor behind a statue. Talk to him until he gives u a item for Tanith, check out the video for Taniths location. My quest ended after i beat Taniths bodyguard but i coudnt find Patches anymore. I dont know if there are more ways too clear this quest but if u do it like me in the video, u will receive the dragon breath skill.
You can also go back to Tanith and get her armor set. The issue is you get the same results if you kill her without giving the Dancer's Castanets so I think there is more to the Dancer's Castanets than just giving them to her and attacking.
I tryd to give her the Castanets but she wont use them thats why i killed her lol

Do you have to do his assassination request to get this to happen, or does he appear in the Shaded Castle regardless?
Im not sure if u have to do the quest but i did it before. And u have to kill the boss at the castle, if u left the castle and travel back he should appear. That works only if u killed rykard before and evryone left vulcano manor.
You don't. I never completed the assassinations and still got patches to appear at the shaded castle

Head, gloves and feets is Malenias armor set. Im not sure about the dress.
