Hi, first I want to thank you. Feb 2024 - I watched very carefully and I want to say something. It helped me a lot. THANK YOU! After I beat Sword Saint, Isshin Ashina I went without saving to the first ending "Immortal Severance", exactly as you mentioned, then directly in NG2+ For those who are confused: you don't have to play to exhaustion for 5-6+ hours to complete Shura without Quit Game. I went through the whole game beautifully, I beat all the mini bosses, and instead of each Prayer Beads you get a Bundled Jizo Statue, I even farmed in some places so as not to inadvertently lose xp, nothing happened to affect the achievement of the Man Without Equal trophy I managed to get it with the help of your information, thank you Forrest
do you know if you have to do you have to do the immortal severance ending because I already did the immortal severance last year and I just did the purification ending today and I don't want to have to do the immortal reverence ending and then the shura ending to get the trophy
So if I'm understanding this correct then, a better explanation for the trophy would be to have every single boss memory in your inventory at one given time. Which means that you have to do at least new game plus 1 as there is a remembrance that you need from the shore ending aswell as some you need from the other 3 endings.
i am doing my 3rd playthrough , to get the father boss , i wanted to do it a little bit later but ended up fightin demon of hatred and didn't put the bell in time ,wish me luck
For whoever reads this correct me if I'm wrong. But basically we have to finish all the three endings and on our second playthrough we have to do the Shura ending? Then that is how we get this Man with no equal trophy?
@@hu-ve 1st Ending, 1/3 endings where you kill genichiro young Isshin at the secret passage (But it's important you kill all bosses in this playthrough, expect emma and her follow up Isshin) 2nd ending shura (only new bosses here are emma and old Isshin)
I defeated them all even their inner variants of isshin,genichiro,owl father yet no achievement I did all the steps that you explained I guess this achievement is broken
Will this trophy pop if yu do 5 play throughs and get each ending separately no save scumming and kill all memory bosses, or do yu have to do the specific 2 ending and not stop playing after ashin
So i just need to do ending killing every boss but if i kill ishin sword saint i cant save the game i and must kill the ishin ashina and emma in the shura ending?
In my first playthrough I did the purification ending killed every boss and miniboss and on ng+ I got the shura ending and didn't get the trophy and so I'm here still don't understand how I'm supposed to get it is it because I did purification?

I just want to say i got the trophy 🏆 After i killd sword saint isshin .. i saved may game on THE USB and did the three Endings.. after the therd I didn’t close the game i Speed run NG+2 and got “shura” Ending ..❤️🔥 I thought this could help anyone curious how I got it .. soory if my English is bad im still Practicing😅
Yo not sure, but I got the shura ending as my first ending and was pretty upset that I didn’t get to go to the fountainhead palace so I made a new character and did the severance ending. I did not get the trophy for doing this, so do I have to get both endings on the same character or not?

You can save as much as you like, you just need to collect all the memories on the same character save. So you need to beat the game at least once with the purification ending and then go to ng+ and finish it with the shura ending. If you do 2 separate runs with just a new game each time, it will not count.
Isshin in the Shura ending counts towards the trophy. You can do either playthrough first. I personally like to do Immortal Severance first and then Shura, because the Shura playthrough is much quicker. But Isshin in the Immortal Severance ending is much easier to fight than the Shura ending, in my opinion
@@ihatetheantichrist5336 what? Having 19 vit on your first playthrough is completely normal, you can get 20 only by purification ending which is easy to miss

1 playthrough: with younger owl and the dragon etc.
2 playthrough (NG+): shura ending

So you have to play all the game entirely in one day? That's crazy

how are you NG2+ and have 19 Vitality what is you doin
You can reach 20 vitality on your first playthrough depending on the ending you choose
