Great video. But how do you remove that bottom stop. I’ve got a tooth that came off of my zipper right beside a top stop. I need to remove the bottom stop, but haven’t been able get it free from the zipper tape. Most zipper stops have had just two teeth that go through the zipper tape and then crimped, and can be pried up to remove it.
Little bit expensive! I would say they are too expensive for something us DIYers are going to do a few times here and there! 120 dollars is a little steep!
The Zipper Stop Pliers are only about 27 dollars. www.sailrite.com/Zipper-Stops-Pliers Do you mean the hotknife? www.sailrite.com/Sailrite-Edge-Hotknife-Package-110-Volt

Just what I was looking for, have the gold tape and needed to know how to install. Thank you.
Is it possible to create a separating zipper from a double-pull zipper? What attachment would I need? Thanks!
Great Job on this informative video. Thank You.

I figured it out. Wire snips!
Do you know how to open the top stop? As I want to adjust the length of the zipper
the tip is much smaller and easier to maneuver!
those pliers are huge
Thanks for watching! Yes, those pliers are definitely on the larger side.
Good👍
Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad you think it's good!
