The Founding Fathers did not intent the American Federal Government to be in the Auto Industry.
The Founding Father didn’t intend the government to be involved in a lot of aspects of our lives, and yet here we are
Mostly, they never imagined fossil emissions would ever be enough to change climate.
@@AntiFossilenergy Hi. One...Fossil Fuels is a wrong term. Fossils appear down to about 16,000 feet and most petroleum today comes from about 30,000 feet. Two...there is no Scientific Means to establish Human Influences on Changing Weather Conditions. 3... Internal combustion engines emit Carbon Dioxide. Plants and trees eat Carbon Dioxide. More Carbon Dioxide, more Oxygen.
No EV’s
Another challenge for EV adoption not being discussed is poor battery performance in Cold Weather
That’s not true at all
@producermogul223
What are you, 12 years old. Of course batteries are less efficient in cold weather.
Have you had a look at western North America lately?
I think you hit the button too many times

Won't be buying or driving an EV. The government needs to get out of our personal life.
I sure government chargers will charge fast and work great... NOT. Tesla has done a pretty good job setting up NACS charging stations across the US
@@nafnaf0 Tesla has some huge problems ahead in the U.S.
Yeah because the climate collapse is not real but everything in this life is just about you.
@@rajo741 YT deletes my comments...so sorry, you will just remain stupid.
@@rajo741 YT won't let me comment. So F * U
If you don’t have a grid that can handle the load of all those vehicles being charged, it’s a moot point.
It will collapse…
No one has a grid to support full 100% or even 40% heck even 10% of all vehicles on the road being EVs. And no one will by the time they are trying to push for 100% in the next decade. You do relize how little vehicles are currently EVs. My dryer uses just as much energy over a full year then an EV over one charge. Now imagine 10s of millions in Canada and hundreds of millions in the US of my dryers charging let alone the wasted energy lost from charging any electric device.
It’s not the supply “grid” that’s the main issue, it’s the lack of residential substations and the wiring in those substations. There is NO way a suburb full of EVs would be able to charge simultaneously. It’s already happening in California. They make you charge your cars like some cities dictate how you water your lawn.
@@treynolds94With battery degradation and range depletion attributed to extreme cold and hot temperatures with the battery chemistry, maintaining 80% reserves due to the exponential time in charging, consumption to the grid will be even greater.
The grid will be built the same way it had to be built for internal combustion had to be built . One station at a time .
A good approach is stay away from things our government is trying to push. Usually ends up a mess. The private sector should drive innovation and adoption. Not the government who most of them have never contributed any positive things to society.
This is bull.

One common pattern is that wealthy individuals often prioritize financial discipline, making wise spending choices and consistently investing their money. In contrast, some individuals with fewer financial resources may focus on immediate gratification, spending to impress others without considering the long-term benefits of investing. It's important to remember that financial situations can be complex and influenced by various factors, but these trends can provide insights into different approaches to wealth management.
People prefer to spend money on liabilities, Rather than investing in assets and be very profitable
Saving and investing wisely while prioritizing necessities and a few small luxuries in relation to one's total assets is a great approach. It helps ensure financial stability and I may for the enjoyment of life's little pleasures without compromising long-term financial goals. It's all about finding a balance that works for you!

I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks this year. Hope to make millions in 2024.
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient but remember the bigger the risk the bigger the results. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

O’Leary avoided the question about Boeing’s problem being related to D.E.I. I wish he has the balls to say “ yes”, or “maybe”, or “probably”. Boeing’s fuselages are built by Spirit Areospace, which is big on D.E.I.
They do have their origins in Seattleistan...
Once Boeing has legit competition, it will fall apart. The duopoly has allowed Boeing to stagnate. The aircraft are very complicated to design and build. Yes, David Calhoun has definitely pushed DEI quite a bit, to the point you would think that they are now 'beyond' designing and building great aircraft, they have a 'higher' DEI calling. Since 777X, they have now canceled all new development programs (sure product development projects still exists but those arn't programs). One major problem across Boeing though, is management as a whole is not required to have technical skills or lead tasks. 1st line managers often have no idea what their employees are actually doing and could not do the work the themselves. Consequently they spend all day trying to figure out what is going on so they can report to the next higher up. It is a massive systemic problem across the company. The great push towards cut all and focus on stock price started with McNerney. It worked great in the short term...
If Boeing is doing DEI hiring over safety like elon said things won't end well for Boeing
They haven't been well for half a decade plus.
I did 'well' with BA but bailed out (see what I did there?) immediately after 2nd Max crash. Rolled that in to TSLA mid 2019 as the stars aligned, HA! Best stock move I ever made.

My great grandfather didn't want to invest in the internal combustion push.
Everybody obviously isn't the sharpest.
Whatever! Mr Wonderful said the SEC wouldn't even approve. He's right about sovereign wealth though
It isn't just about building more chargers. Half the time the chargers are damaged, are all occupied, won't work, won't accept your card, won't communicate with your vehicle, won't give you the full charge rate they're advertising, or the charger's phone app won't work.
EV buyers who though they were golden as long as there were chargers nearby are finding out that this isn't true.
Why would anyone care what O'Dreary says?
Warned you guys about EV after i sold my TSLA stock at ATH
When you have to threaten and pay companies to build a product and then pay people to buy it, the product is guaranteed to be garbage.
Not everyone takes trips every week. most people drive less than 100 miles a week, especially in cities. If Big 3 want to sell cars to EU's they better make EVs or Hybrids otherwise they will be shut out. Put up a charger on every street corner, hell build roads with charging capabilities for drivers. But until we have the ability to actually produce power for all of these whats the point. California doesnt even let you use your own power at your house during certain hours of the day. Until we get widespread sustainability in power production, power distribution is counting eggs before they hatch.

Americans have always - as long as I can remember - been mocking foreign aircraft manufacturers like Airbus whenever they wanted to. But look at the current situation: I wouldn´t in ANY way feel safe flying with a Boeing any longer: First we had the incidents 4-5 years ago: Poor design of a piece of its flight control system was found to play a role, and authorities grounded the 737 Max planes globally for more than 18 months after hundreds of people died in crashes in 737 MAX´es. And now we have incidents where cabin panels are just falling off mid-air so that you - as a passenger - literally have an "open view" to the skies. Maybe it is better to just totally shut down the company so that not that many people are being hurt, killed or mentally scarred for life by that incompetent management at Boeing.

Ev not going to work for large scale. The power distribution networks do not have the capacity. When you look to say californina.... power outages and blackouts summer with the ac's running. Plus where is the power coming from? Not enough windmills or solar farms for even 5%
They need to massively improve this everywhere before the ev can widespread. Plus check the replacement cost of a battery often 20-30 thousand.
Yes city centres and commuter runs of up to 50 miles. They can work but check out the insurance rates as companies realise that repair costs on ev's with battery damage is ridiculous.
And yet we have enough electrical capacity to power air conditioning for all of Phoenix? Millions of homes in the desert. I can charge a car using less electricity than a simple portable space heater, and nearly all could do 95+% of days(assuming an awful maximum commute of 200 miles per day) with only the power consumption of a dryer running overnight, without having to leave home to fuel up.
