- Welcome to our new series on Head & Neck Anatomy! We will be starting with a discussion of embryogenesis (mostly egg stage and embryo stage) and what the pharyngeal arches contribute to as far as head & neck structures. We even go over a case example of a syndrome that incorporates all of the information together. This material will be targeting FK-1 of the INBDE. Thanks for watching!

The vertebral column originates from the notochord in vertebrates!

Eventually, it is possible! However, since those topics are not covered so much on the INBDE, I am focusing more on the high yield topics for that exam currently.

Yes, they are! Particularly, I would focus on the Anatomy, Pharmacology, Pathology, Radiology, Periodontics, and Patient Management series.
How many questions will be asked from Anatomy? I am only afraid of this subject
Not too many! It is difficult to know an exact amount because it varies from test to test, but I would estimate about 5-10.
Is the NBED and NDEB syllabuses are same?
Yes, they cover a lot of the same topics and concepts!

The AFK exam is very similar in the content that it covers compared to the INBDE. If you take a look at Page 5, you will see the blueprint of topics lines up well with the video series I have! I recommend focusing on the high yield information rather than every tiny detail, and focusing more on the clinical aspects of dentistry.
