    Simon is just speechless here. He can't even look at her. He is gobsmacked. So beautiful.

    It was taken from the original arrangement in the 1997 version by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. Of course, Sydnie's version took it to another level again! Magnificent!!

    This is her take on Lauren Allred’s version of Over the Rainbow.( also debuted on BGT) Sydnie had 3 days to prepare and Lauren gave her blessing to use it. Her arrangement of Tomorrow was influenced by by Marisha Wallace… but Sydnie did say the BGT coach made her a better singer in just months! 💕

    Thank you for your reaction to this ! What an amazing voice and performance! It must be such an incredible feeling to do a performance like this - as you say it’s great she got her moment! ❤

    Minute 4:16 - The arrangment was made by the BGT vocal coach in collaboration with Sydnie herself and it's based on Loren Allred's version of the song (you can find it easy on youtube). Sydnie is a great fan of Loren Allred and they also talked during the preparation of this song to share ideas for Sydnie performance and arrangment. At least this is what Sydnie said during an interview few days after winning BGT

      Yes indeed. She only had 3 days to prepare this so she had to work from a pre-arranged piece.

      @@AdamLeigh-vl2jr I really like Sydnie Christmas and I'm supporting her in various social media. But to be honest, Loren Allred's version of "Over the rainbow" is superior in my opinion

      @@riccardocoletta2398 I respect your opinion. Loren’s vocal is cleaner. I find Sydnie’s more emotional which is what I like. Looking forward to going to her concert in February.

      Yeah, I saw Loren’s version. Both are based on the ukulele version (Israel) . Sydnie’s is hands down the best version!!!

    Sydnie did the arrangement for 'My Way' herself. Possibly with input from her vocal coach. 'Tomorrow' was done by Marisha Wallace. 'Over the Rainbow' was done by Loren Allred.

    Love the reaction. Could you react to Raye Oscar winning tears live at the Royal Albert hall. She’s another British singer with an amazing voice. 😃

    Nice reaction again to Sydnie. Loren Allred (the original singer of Never Enough) put together that version on AGT Fantasy League earlier this year. You even heard her studio version in the background after Sydnie finished singing Tomorrow in her audition.
    And Loren and Sydnie have a special relationship as Loren is Sydnie’s idol. They actually met in London last month. Here’s the link to Loren’s AGT Fantasy League version: ua-cam.com/video/2G7AOscKjE0/v-deo.html

    Faana Music, can you tell me how many octaves Sydnie can sing.

    • @FaanaMusic
      @FaanaMusic  2 місяці тому

      I'm not sure, but probably comfortably at least three octaves of useful range, not counting various squeaks. Why do you ask?

    I would like to suggest you to react to this live performance: ua-cam.com/video/KdIhq1tb8Co/v-deo.html
    The song is "Voilà" and it's in french, so if you don't speak french you want maybe look at the lyric translated (easy to find on internet)
    I suggest you look also the first part of the vide (the orchestra director introduction) because it explains Emma Kok story and it's a very interesting story
