Bonjour de Montréal! I'm a French-canadien and I discovered your UA-cam Channel a little more than a year ago (I bought a trampoline a year and a half ago). This kind of video where you mix trampoline and musculation are my favorite. I train with you 2 to 3 or 4 times a week depending on the season (I also paddle, run and cross-country ski). I really love your videos. I started training a year ago with you and I think I almost always watch different videos every time! Really loved this one! Keep filming and training us!
I was a hot sweaty mess after this one. I loved every minute of this…the work, the challenge. Ummmm, the cardiovascular endurance to do this with light hand weights or ankle weights…truly legit. Sculpt work on the rebounder is awesome. Barre isn’t for wimps, I loved your spin on alllllll of this. Genius! Mad respect for all of you working out together on the driveway. I was happy to join in…this is an instant favorite! 😅🙃🤗
Oh man...this workout delivered, was a terrific full-body workout. Love the use of weights on and off the tramp and the chance to use ankle weights! My arms and legs were screaming by the end and the "joyful jump" def lived up to its name. I'm feeling very joyful for having found MB and the driveway crew, looking forward to bouncing with you again soon.
*the sweat was dripping from my face onto the trampoline and floor! that core and glute section with the ankle weights was so hard but that’s where the magic is! cardio moves were so fun. love how even your cardio workouts have so many strength aspects to them. 537 active calories burned and 630 total calories burned and counting!*

So good! had to pause a couple times, need to get wrist weights instead of hand weights to keep my speed up (but I LOVE IT FOR THAT REASON)
