The download does not work. One of the critical files will not open and it will not uninstall.

Software which comes the Machine are the Only Compatible since Many which comes from China cant connect with wilcom directly

Could you please edit the title or overview to tell people this is not design software. My mother in law, who is not fully tech savvy, wasted hours trying to figure this out, finding it's not full design capable, and myself spent hours helping her to find out for her.

I know this is late, but for anyone else with the same question, do not enter anything. Just click on the "sizer" button and the sizer program will start. Serial # would probably be if you buy the full version.

I downloaded it but it was just a MelcoSizer.zip folder :(
When you download it at Qdigitizing.com its usually always there available. I'd try re-downloading everything again.

@@mcsc1140 No, we just revised their website everything seems to be running good on their website. Maybe try downloading on a different computer. Make sure also it is a PC and not a MAC computer.

I liked this program and downloaded it. But this program cannot open .vp3 files. For this reason, I want to uninstall Melko Sizer. But this program is not uninstalled in any way! I ask for your help and assistance !!! Thanks!

Did you go to your settings, Apps, find the program you installed and click uninstall. I just did this a moment ago. I had no issues.
realise this is old now but you say everyone must have it...but forget to mention by everyone you mean only windows users. you just ignore mac & linux users
