I swear I have never seen a better van design in my life - and I do spend a lot of time watching these types of videos :D it´s incredible, makes me want to have a life like this :) can´t wait for more videos. Greetings from Slovakia in middle Europe!

I’m absolutely blown away. I’ve been a carpenter for 25 years and I have to say your attention to detail and usage of space is second to non. I agree with the comment below - I also have watched waaay tooo many of these videos and your van is by far up there with the best. Enjoy it as you certainly deserve it and from the time lapse video it looked like that you two basically did 99.9% of the work on your own as a couple. MASSIVE pat on the back and hats off to you both 🙏🏼

Finding a Craftsman that could Replicate the work done on that Van would be Very Hard , that is not your Average Chippie , that is a Professional with Attention to detail.

Reasons I love this video compared to other Van Build Tours:
No talking: Other vids usually have excessive talking as they describe every little obvious detail.
No people: Other vids usually try to squeeze the person and the van in the shot and it's so annoying because its such a tiny space and the viewer truly only wants to see the van, not the person.
It's different: Super cute build, very unique, I caught myself smiling a couple times at the uniqueness and cleverness e.g. the double dining tables, the cubby in the bathroom :)
It's real: So I noticed you guys didn't try to make it look perfect e.g. Emily's drawers are quite messy lol and the trash is full. Big deal, it's realistic. Bathroom and everything else looks pretty clean.

I agree. I love it!. The closing scene with the view of the ocean was spectacular and that song was the perfect choice. Not sure what the title of the song is, but it was relaxing..lol
Top five of my favorite van builds. Two more rounding out my top five are from across the pond. I love the left opening slider door . I know vans are the same no matter which side the door opens but they always seem bigger to me for some reason .
Like I have seen it on the 50 conversions before, now It's my Times to say: This is the most stylish and beautiful van I have seen! But then at the same time, it stays very practical. It looks as if it came straight out of the "Nordsee"

Now imagine living in this alone! I'd get a bigger mini-fridge with a freezer compartment and add a propane stove below the burners. Move the garbage can to the left of the cabinet/stove when you open the door :D.

I love the pullout tables verses the set up tables and I have seen a few vans going to that...
Love the color scheme....
I like that you put the kitchen on the end instead of the side as it opens up the van more....
The cassette toilet would be my choice also....

I would have to have a big water tank like that ( it's a must )

Thanks for the compliments, glad you enjoyed the vid. The main water tank is actually 70 Litres, so it’s not huge but we also have 2x 20L for drinking water. 👍🏼

Thanks 👍🏼 about 3 weeks in the winter as we would run out of lpg for the heater. Double that in the summer though.
I know you get this all the time but I have looked at a lot of these conversion videos and I have never seen anything as well done as this. And you didn't even use the front seats as seating. You have everything going on here.
Few questions:
Did you consider a composting toilet?
What about a larger water tank? How far does that 10 liters get you?
What is LPG storage?

We did consider a composting toilet and may possibly install one at a later date. But for now, the Thetford has been brilliant, we’re really impressed with how simple it is.
That’s a 70L tank under the sink and we have two 10l tanks for drinking water. This will last is anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
LPG is the type of fuel we use for heating and cooking. And that is the storage cabinet for the gas bottle 👍🏼

Hi. Another question. You have a 70 liter water tank in the closet but what water do you use for the shower?
The 70L tank supplies the shower and sink. Then we also have two 20L food safe tanks that we use for drinking water. 👍🏼

Wow. So amazing. The Van is so aesthetic and even the video is just awesome! Well done. This layout is perfect, as it has got everything you need in a 'normal' home. You used the space perfectly and yet managed to not make the van too crowded. Once again: Amazing job!
