      @The Misanthrope Agree. We are born from Mother Earth. By destroying our environment we sow the seeds of discord and disrespect. The Earth feeds and nourishes all her children yet many think this bounty is limitless. Animals know this instinctively and must think as a human species we have lost our collective minds. What will our children inherit??? I do wonder sometime???

      Kevin Stover I am a single father of 3, now young adult girls. It was a very hard road most times, but they are as well adjusted as can be in spite of a long-time absentee mother. I stuck it out when the only legal responsibility I had was to cut them a check once a month, and the Dept of Child Support Enforcement took that from me, but they couldn't take them from me.
      Stay strong. As Melody Tenisch and James Mitchell said, your boys need you. Discipline with love and teach them daily to be men. Set the example each and every day. It will not be easy a lot of times but I promise you, when they mature into the good men you mold them to be, you can stand tall and say to them, "I am proud of you." Sons need to hear that from their fathers.
      May God bless you and watch over you and your family in all future endeavors.

    Growing up with a single mother, who I love and respect very much, I can tell you from personal experience that I needed a Father. I am fortunate that I was naturally inclined towards pursuing masculine passions, such as hunting and fishing which led me to find masculine role models. Many other boys are not so fortunate. Now I am a father and am so grateful that my children have BOTH a father and a mother. I am so tired of the "state" encouraging the destruction of the family unit. Cold, calculated efforts for destroying masculinity and ultimately our free society.

Let him be the strong man, be the carpenter, the comforter, the masculine man is something so wonderful. When femininity and masculinity combine, the result is security and comfort, and wellbeing. Masculinity has been demonized. There is a very big difference between masculinity and machoism. We must re-educate society that being a man does not mean embracing toxicity. There is nothing wrong with strength and courage (to pick just two masculine traits.)

    • @franklinnash
      @franklinnash 5 років тому

      @P C totally agree, but again having machismo is not the same as being macho. That was my point.

      @Itnetlolor Not quite sure what your point is, perhaps you're referring to butch lesbians. If this is true then you totally misunderstood my point.

    • @ttapioca5
      @ttapioca5 5 років тому

      Itnetlolor I find it strange that men like yourself are complaining about masculinity being diminished and painted in a negative light, but then in the same breath putting down women and transgender men who want to embody that same masculinity. If being masculine is so great and important, and you feel that not enough men are embodying this strength, then why are you discouraging that same masculinity in women and transgender men? It’s not as if those people being masculine somehow takes away manhood from other men, and if anything, they could be helping to bring a positive perspective back to masculinity in a society which you complain is turning away from it. Let people who want to be manly be manly. It’s better than discouraging masculinity from existing altogether. We need both the feminine and masculine in this world, and there’s no rule that says each role is only assigned to one gender. It sounds like you just don’t want more men to compete with, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We can uplift and support each other.

      @HEAV¥HAND So, the men were the ones telling the boys not to get married. The men were the ones teaching the boys that women weren't worthwhile or valuable as wives and mothers and life partners. But you somehow conclude that it's not the *men's* responsibility to correct the philosophy that *they* perpetuated against women. Okay. I would respectfully counter that it's the duty of every person - male or female - to prove their worth as a potential spouse and parent.

      I don't hate true conservatism, but tell me what did american conservatism truly conserved in recent times besides being "moderates" against enemies that will stop at nothing to do anything in their power to misconstrue western morals and civilization and kill everyone and even the moderates that stand in their way just like they did in russia, china and a few more nations and weimar, because they control the media, entertainment, mainstream media some internet sites and news.
      Besides insulting men proving the dude's point and calling others incels for calling you out which isn't doing anyone else favors nor your self this puts you into a more of a negative spot light and slowly showing your true nature.

      @@psgaming101craup4 So, a man insults a woman, and it's fine. The woman defends herself, and suddenly it's not fine. Do you see the hypocrisy here? I'm not here to do favors for myself or anyone else, merely to offer my thoughts. Take them or leave them. My "true nature"?
