    What I totally love about Japan are humility and equality. From your "Day in the Life" videos, I see how humble they are and how one job is not considered as more prestigious than others. Other than this, the sense of duty, following schedule and respecting others as well as one's time are extremely great things about work life Japan.

      @gaia8840 Рік тому +9

      As far as equality...It is far from true. Why most people you see in the videos do see to be in prestigiuous jobs is because it's all jobs that are conserving japanese culture. ( Food in this case ). Japan love people who work into jobs that are rooted in old traditions so they have a lot of respect. But if truly every work was equal, why do you think parents put so much pressure for kids to go at the top unis, and get the top jobs

      First time I had it, I just... couldn't, not sure why. At some point 4 years later, I was curious to try it again and was "Oh my God, this is so good!" @@shamidkpzd If it's the slimy texture, the are non-slimy ones now, like one of the varieties they make at this place. I actually don't prefer it because it taste just like eating (boiled/steam) beans on rice.
      In 2014 when I first had it, the texture was also one of the factor I couldn't get past but 6 years later I actually prefer the slimy texture. My theory is maybe back then it was unknown but since my body didn't react unfavorably to it and maybe even benefit from it, my brain might've greenlighted natto as 'safe'.
      That said, I also liked mushrooms and mochi, foods that one friend of mine considered 'slimy' and does not touch.
