If Todd had just taken his kids to Sunday school and church, I Proverbs 6:24 to 34 - it tells us that a man's fury at someone having violated his marriage wows - in comparison to thieves in verse 30 - is complex in that going to sleep with your neighbours wife will not go unpunished. Read it - see how this could have been prevented by both couples. Warning Against Adultery 20 My son, keep your father’s command and do not forsake your mother’s teaching. 21 Bind them always on your heart; fasten them around your neck. 22 When you walk, they will guide you; when you sleep, they will watch over you; when you awake, they will speak to you. 23 For this command is a lamp, this teaching is a light, and correction and instruction are the way to life, 24 keeping you from your neighbor’s wife, from the smooth talk of a wayward woman. 25 Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyes. 26 For a prostitute can be had for a loaf of bread, but another man’s wife preys on your very life. 27 Can a man scoop fire into his lap without his clothes being burned? 28 Can a man walk on hot coals without his feet being scorched? 29 So is he
I felt like that too. I think his lawyers definitely messed up by not repeating “leading! Asked and answered!” A LOT. But...I think that his attorneys were a relief after listening to blue eye shadow. Mr. Mullis was relieved, it would appear, not having to deal with that obnoxious prosecutor.
Yes! And hire another farm hand so his 13 yr old son wouldn't have to drop out of school to be home schooled in order to work on the farm. It was sad enough he slept on the couch because he felt lonely in his bedroom. He sounded like a sweet young man during his questioning by the prosecutor.
Agricultural families trust "the system" and typically only have experience with business attorneys and tax attorneys. I believe they were naive enough to think justice would prevail. They aren't typically skilled at the games played by government agencies and such. I believe the goals of the State of Iowa included buttoning up the case and get it off the books asap. As in "just look how efficiently we closed this case!"
@@taratrudeau2029 WRONG you fit right in with this inept jury. The time is off by *FIVE HOURS* and the *"expert"* doesn't even know the time stamp standard in UTC as stated in EVERY SEARCH!
Exactly. He appeared very believable in his testimony. I didn’t pick up on anything that he said as being unreasonable. The prosecution is saying he planned to do this and it wasn’t a spontaneous thing.... really?? He planned for her to be dizzy and to wait for his son to get a drink and then run as fast as possible to catch her in the red barn and stick a rake in her back only to get back quick and appear relaxed when his son finished his drink??? Yeah right. With all his weapons and hunting time, he could have picked a helluva better time. This doesn’t add up. Defense team was horrible.
@@taratrudeau2029 that is actually *9PM* silly little boy thinks he's an expert. Bad 👎 defense attorney! Bad 👎 prosecutor! Defense would have been better off without a jury as they were lied to the entire trial. Judge knew what 😳 the reality was.
I myself have searched for things from the other persons perspective. “How to tell if my wife wants a divorce” ... it may sound lame but i wanted to know if i was giving off signs. In the end i did not get divorced and worked through it all. So happy i did. Todd testified that many of those searched he did not do and he had reasonable explanations for the ones he did do. His defense attorney is weak at minimal in closing gave off horrible vibes basically got him convicted with defense closing arguments this lady prosecutor is top notch to me wish I could be an attorney like her very interesting case if he did it I think he did why we have legal divorces in this country was it worth anything that all of these lives were damaged, ruined he gives off vibes that he was controlling and he should have encouraged her to work at least part time as an RN should have discouraged her quitting the hospital... many people get tired of marriage half of marrieds... so glad I’m a nun...thank your Lord...prayers for all involved in this tragedy...couples should try to do common things like both go golfing both take long weekend vacations above keep loving...
But, she had been beaten. There were injuries to her front, as well as the rake injuries. Also there were six puncture wounds. She would have had to fall on the rake, get up, and fall on it a second time.
@@mbd6054 I believe it’s very possible she fell and fell again. There just wasn’t enough evidence to put a man away for life. I watch trials all the time and this is the first trial I believe the jurors got it wrong. A innocent man is in prison, I really believe that. She did work on a farm, you get bangs on you all the time, that could explain some of the other injuries. They said he said whore, I believe he said four..he was counting. Plus I think if he wanted to kill her, he would of done something else, instead of a fork in her back. That trial was messed up from the beginning.
@@caroldunn2306 Working on a farm does not give one injuries consistent with a beating. That tape becomes very clear if you listen to it with ear buds. He cursed her. I blame the prosecutor for not having had the tape analysed, and cleaned up, so it could be clearly heard, and for not producing an expert witness in relation to the tape. This murderer comes across as decent, hard working, and under pressure. We are also told he had a temper, and was frustrated. Not every murderer is unlikeable. Not every murder is a monster. Not every murderer is unsympathetic. Nevertheless, I believe this man is guilty, and belongs in jail, sadly for all concerned. This was not an accident.

I'm confused. Was there a detailed pathologist report? Surely the depth and manner of the puncture wounds would've been far greater if force had been used.
The forensic pathologist testified in detail, and there are pictures. But listening to the pathologist's voice is worse than fingernails on a blackboard. Vocal fry + valley girl intonations.
This prosecutor should have been stopped in her tracks many times during this trial either by the defense or the judge. No evidence of any relevance to the crime scene was presented that pointed towards this man such as footprints, fingerprints,DNA evidence. I do hope this man gets a proper trial because this certainly was not one.
Todd was considered guilty from day one, this was a Boshed case if there ever were one. Your correct his DEFENSE Attorney's and, this judge failed this man in every way. I sure hope he gets a fair impartial trial, with adequate DEFENSE. He needs to file a complaint against the judge, prosecutors and, his Attorneys.
His DNA would be everywhere as well as footprints or anything else. It was his barn. What would that even prove? Point blank this woman told people that she was scared he was going to kill her and she ended up beat and stabbed at least twice with a corn rake. How anyone can choose to just ignore the fact that she was scared he would do this is beyond me. It takes a lot to make a woman fear that her husband will kill her so this guy is a terrible person and is where he belongs.
Wow i just saw 20 pictures of the same farm.....oh look same picture different angle......this guy needs a new trial with a lawyer thats knows what hes doing.....this prosecutor is very repetative
Also, at no point, anywhere, did any one person attack his parenting or challenge how much he loved his kids. So even if he was angry enough to commit such a violent crime, why would he ever send his thirteen year old child to that shed? No parent, of any worth, would plant that image in their child’s mind forever.
To make himself look innocent. Obviously if he found her than it would be easy to say he did it because he was alone with her. If he sends his son to find her than he can pretend he was never there. On top of that, there is evidence that he told his children that his wife cheated on him and that they should be mean to her. That is a horrible parent and a horrible husband. She was scared he was going to kill her so I'm pretty sure that means he was not a good person at all.
The one thing that is absolutely certain, in this case is that the justice system, as intended, failed most miserably. A man’s life and liberty was taken away without one single piece of tangible evidence. Not one. Often there can be enough circumstantial evidence to leave very little doubt. But if that is all you have, in no way can you deny reasonable doubt. Circumstantial evidence is founded on the belief, experiences and view point of an individual, not fact. This case is an example of what our judicial system was meant to prevent, not promote!
So nobody could fathom a cheating spouse wanting to study the red flags that could give them away? Maybe he wasn’t thinking she was cheating, because she had studied what not to do to cause suspicion.
I study criminology if he killed her his cloths would had blood splatter on them. The position of the body she attacked from behind. And did not see her asailent when you go to a crime scence you look for whats not there. Was the asailent right hand'ed or left. With multiblen stab wounds its personal. Her killer got up close to her. I still say the son did in a crime of passion.
Uh yea and the he also searched if killing an adulteresses was approved in ancient times...among other searches that raises eyebrows...dont be so oblivious
Statistics show it would take 30 sec for Amy to walk 150 feet to the red shed to get to the pet carrier. The pet carrier was never disturbed which means Tod would have to get to the red shed in less then 30 sec after Amy left the hog barn without his son noticing. He didn't have a 1.5 hour time frame to commit this murder so my question to the son is: Did you see your father during the first 2 minutes after your mother left the hog barn? If so he is innocent unless he invited teleportation.
@@JohnWaskom If you hit someone in the back with a corn rake then pull back and hit then again, what are the chances 2 of those prongs are going to hit in the exact same spot? Not very likely! You can survive 30 min to a few hours after being impaled and all those injuries are consistent with someone struggling to survive after accidentally falling on a corn rake in my opinion. Someone would have to know she was going to be in the red barn to get the carrier, because there was no plan for her to be there. She could have passed out and fell on the corn rake rolled over to her side causing two of the prongs to come out, and then passed out again causing the other punctures, then struggle to get up and ended up in a fetal position as she died.

i did not believe him when he testified, and i think he in the moment of anger did it. i think the autopsy clearly indicated the depth and angle of the wound was not accidental and was inflicted with force. he would have lost a lot in the divorce. many men think of killing their wives during such situations. but there is a point below about how the dog carrier was not moved at all. odd. maybe the son was incorrect and todd followed her into the shed shortly there after and they had a whispered argument and he lost it. they should have had the pathologist testify.
Dang, I’m one curious person and conduct searches ALL the time on crazy odd stuff. Not things that pertain to me, but the stories I learn about on others such as while watching murder mysteries and trials like these. I’ve looked up drug names spoken about, people that have committed crimes, how the crime was committed, etc. That in no way means I’d do anything. This means nothing.

About the guy who was having an affair with Todd's wife they say they new where he was because of his mobile. He could of drove to the farm without his mobile and asked his Wife and son to give him an alibi, she could of been having a conversation with her lover saying she was going to tell his wife. ( How do we know that this didn't happen)if his son was anything like my sons he wouldn't of notice where his dad was. As for the search for the atomy Todd could of been showing his son what was wrong with his wife and what procedure she was having,l. As for the cheating searches most normal people would search stuff like that if they think their partner is cheating to get ideas and look for any tell tale signs. As for that recording she should of asked the jury to listen to it first and see what they thought he said. She put that it in their heads, so everytime they listened to that recording they would convince thats what Todd said. You try to fit it to the crime. I don't think as a father you would kill the mother of your child whilst the child was helping you work. They are so many holes in this case, his lawyers were rubbish, they never fought for him, I could of done a better job.
He's had access to this and practiced with her for months. He's not that intelligent, he didn't even know UTC is not military time. He gave the wrong time for every search.
Light snow, could that have covered foot steps or blood? Plus wouldn't you think their would be more than a couple drops of blood? It seems like the son, cops, neighbor would have all contaminated the scene before he even got there.
All that beautiful Land and Life, GONE!.. GONE!... How could he, why would he, this is A TRIAL BASED ON, WELL, wHO ELSE COULD IT HAVE BEEN, AND THAT IS SCARY!
Truly a scary thought that if you can't offer an alternative suspect they will make it fit you. If I was on the jury it would be not guilty in a heart beat.

@@johnwyatt8057 he has filed an appeal and his retrial has been placed on hold for the time being. There is a group of people wanting to see true justice done. His defense lawyer should have called back to it being an accident clean and clear. The injuries are easily repeatable proving accident which his counsel never pushed for and didn't push for the fact he couldn't have swung in the area they claimed. Body weight was all that could have caused her injury and her trying to get off of it after falling only did not have the strength as was told to us caused her to fall back onto it again causing the second wound set. A man flying into a rage would have caused tons of damage. Unless Todd has self control beyond belief, was a trained killer who plotted the time line out for months, while practicing exactly how to execute it there is no way he just happened to say say today is the day and nows my chance. They lived on a farm and as anyone who farms for a living he could have done her in easier and had 0 suspicion on him if he wanted her dead. The reason his dedense looks a bit poor could result from the fact that its very difficult to defend an innocent man when the real culprit is an accident. He was railroaded and we hope to see him free in the coming year and when that happens he needs compensation from the state for essentially ruining his life and livelihood.
So when the son yelled from the red barn it was clearly heard and yet this woman was allegedly attacked and not a single sound?? My thoughts: Amy was dizzy and lost consciousness falling into the rake..... comes to and is weakened from the new injury and attempts to get up only to fall once more a final time and too weak to yell. There has to be some scenario where this could have happened. Would like to have seen an expert run through the depth of penetration and consideration given to her starting weak health status.
I feel the same way...very sad, especially if he is innocent. I would think the son would of heard them arguing or something!? That particular kind of rake could easily pierce someone if it was lying on the ground and they fell on it. The narrow space in the shed would make it even more plausible. Not enough evidence to convict someone of murder. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I was one of the jurors.
The son was in the home when the wife was attacked. AFTER the son went into the hog barn with dad. Dad heard the son from the hog barn, NOT the home. They're next to each other. 4 days before the attack, he searched for vital organ locations in a human body. Then she was hit multiple times with a rake in her vital organs.
@@caroldunn2306 I would sleep just fine. This was ruled a homicide. The medical examiner isn't a dope, and would have ruled "undetermined" if there was a CHANCE of your scenario.
I really just don’t think Todd did it. The evidence was completely circumstantial and some of that was questionable at best. I really believe that a defense team that was worth HALF their weight in salt, should have been able to get him off. There is just to many pieces missing for a jury to be certain, in my opinion.
Yes. She's dizzy in a tight space. She fell back, hit the pitch fork propped against the wall one or two times piercing her with the first two marks, the pitch fork falls to the floor, she falls onto the pitch fork piercing her with all four tines with her full body weight she's impaled deeply, in her last effort she rolls to her front now crouched on her knees unable to maintain consciousness due to her injuries and medical condition. She's found in this manner by her son. Todd would not do this to her let alone his beloved oldest son.
sing2mesoprano Bingo. Where was his defense team?? They lost the moment they said in the opener that she was murdered and didn’t have anything to offer to help support that. Her lack of screaming from an attack suggests to me that she lost consciousness in a fall.
sing2mesoprano I’m in total agreement. I don’t often find myself so strongly on the side of the defendant but after watching so much of the trial recently on UA-cam i am more convinced that there truly wasn’t enough to charge him. His own testimony left me with a sense that he was truthful. So many other cases like Casey Anthony, OJ Simpson, Leticia Stauch and the Vallow/Daybell Cases were/are far more compelling.
@@donnaparrish7638 - WOW! Your search history would be far worse than mine! LOL!! But thank you for doing a degree specializing in this important topic. You can make a difference to many in the worst situations. I send my respect.

GMS GDog I thought so too! I definitely think he killed his wife - but the searches are sort of common if you are a guy who hunts or if you’re a guy who thinks his wife is cheating. Nothing really pops out to me as incriminating.
Did anyone hear how the lighting was in there at the time of the accident? Is there a light to turn on or a person would need a flashlight or open the door fully? Seems to assume unsafe to walk in there without lighting. Anything can be stepped on or walk into something if not enough lighting. You could try but with caution, unless your used to walking back there and know where a harazard could be. Most ppl wont look for harazards im guessing if their sure of the area as safe for them. Did they do finger prints on the totes to see if she was trying to pull up from one of them? U know she would not been lifting on those. Or finger print totes were she could have grabbed any where on those totes to catch a fall. Test the imprint impression of pressure.
statistically it takes 30 seconds to walk 150 ft to the red barn to get to the pet carrier but she never made it to the pet carrier. This means after she left the hog barn Tod would have less then 30 sec to get to the red barn and commit the murder with out his son noticing. That means those windows of opportunity that his son didn't see his father is very specific to the first 30 seconds after his mom left the hog barn. Not anytime in the 1.5 hours they were working. If you fall backwards on a corn rake it doesn't kill you right away. But it could take 30 min. to hours to die. If she turns to the right two of the prongs could come out and if she passed out in that struggle she could fall back causing those prongs to cause two new inquiries. 8 punctures = hit 2 times 6 punctures = hit 1 time What are the odds of hitting a moving object (person) two times and having 2 prongs hit in exactly the same spot. All Amy's injuries can be caused by someone falling on a corn rake and struggling to survive.
OMG almost all those sites are for hunting, self care. I wouldn't have even brought up if I were a juror this would have turned me against the prosecutor. That showed nothing to me.

The search history is somewhat damning though it doesn’t close the gap on “reasonable doubt.” The so called deputy takes himself a little to seriously in my opinion and shows his weaknesses when attempting to read English lol.
The search history was done by his wife the NURSE remember she was an R.N, so have I put such searches in to satisfy an internal professional question I had about a subject or to validate what I thought the answer would be. He keeps misstating the time codes. They are UTC, which is London (prime meridian) time. Those searches would have been around 7 hours earlier depending on the time zone in the US. So the previous evening our time. Not that it matters to the substance, but it calls into question his expertise.

I grew up on a farm smaller than this families business, I know for a fact that my father never stayed up later than 10:00 P.M he usually fell asleep in his chair by that time. Farmers get up really early every day, seven days a week. Their job is very labour intensive. I find it hard to understand how a farmer could consistently stay up all night on the computer then function during the day! These don’t sound like an adult search, they sound more like a kids search planning to run away after he killed his mother. Seems as if he wanted to know how to find out who his real father was! How do they know that it was the father looking up these sites and not the son. Everyone in the family has access with the pass code. It has been stated that the mother was worried that because her son was very close to his father and she knew he would be upset because she wanted a divorce from his dad. Wouldn’t be the first time a young man acted out! Not saying he did it, not saying the father did it. I’m just not sure how they could prove it was the father., if I was the lawyer I would be asking a lot more questions.
It was obvious the wife put the searches in mostly as remember she was an R.N. and being an R.N. I have searched such terms before to challenge if my obtained knowledge as an ER nurse. was correct or to validate what I thought the answer to a question might be.
I wouldn't vote guilty for a speeding ticket based on the testimony of this moron who doesn't know how google works, has never heard of time zones, and thinks pinterest is a sports website.
I'm sorry but all those searches for guns, weapons, and ways one can get hurt while hunting ect.. mean NOTHING!! My husband loves hunting and fishing, guns, survival, and sports. His internet searches look a lot like these minus the cheating wife and killing woman who commit aldultry. Also, as a nurse, I am always looking up things about body parts, organs, and what to do in case of emergencies. This is not that abnormal in the grand scheme of things. I still think he did it, I just think they are making issues out of normal things people look up.
Sadie Blue yes, but it’s the totality of the searches and what would be normal for the accused, including time of searches, searches in and around relevant searches. I’m only half way through the. Idea so I may change my mind when it comes to the part you’re talking about.
Finally, a relevant question. The prosecutor certainly hasn't offered one yet. It's possible, but I'd be more inclined to believe that it was done on a CNC Machine. They can program the pattern into the computer software, clamp the wood down solid, then the CNC Machine will just move the rotating cutting tool precisely to where the software program directs it to.

Wow they are really grasping at straws here: heat stroke? Going without water.....burns, first aid!? Come on you guys!?!?! I'm embarrassed for this detective & prosecutor! Here's to an appeal!
Just going completely out in left field here: I would think that there would be some blood splatter if someone else struck her with a rake. I was also a very narrow pathway in the barn so a smaller person would have an advantage. It would make perfect sense of me as a father trying to protect my son and cover up the crime as an accident. Perhaps if he got blood on him from the attack then just have him hold her body on top of him when driving to the hospital. Now I don’t believe this is what happened but it makes just as much sense as anything the prosecution has come up with.
I cannot stand when I hear "had WENT," especially from "professionals!" It's "had GONE." Teach these people English!

The forensic pathologist testified in detail, and there are pictures. But listening to the pathologist's voice is worse than fingernails on a blackboard. Vocal fry + valley girl intonations.
@@lionswimmer4637 I must've completely missed that part of the trial😳🙄
Who would kill the wife with the son so close.?.?
His DNA would be everywhere as well as footprints or anything else. It was his barn. What would that even prove? Point blank this woman told people that she was scared he was going to kill her and she ended up beat and stabbed at least twice with a corn rake. How anyone can choose to just ignore the fact that she was scared he would do this is beyond me. It takes a lot to make a woman fear that her husband will kill her so this guy is a terrible person and is where he belongs.
Rush-to-Judgement !!!

RIGHT SON COULD HAVE DONE IT , DAD TAKES THE RAP ...!!! SOUNDS LIKE SON WAS ON INTERNET ...!!!
You just broke the cheating wife code.

And did not see her asailent when you go to a crime scence you look for whats not there. Was the asailent right hand'ed or left. With multiblen stab wounds its personal. how on earth can you say guilty??????
Statistics show it would take 30 sec for Amy to walk 150 feet to the red shed to get to the pet carrier. The pet carrier was never disturbed which means Tod would have to get to the red shed in less then 30 sec after Amy left the hog barn without his son noticing. He didn't have a 1.5 hour time frame to commit this murder so my question to the son is:
Did you see your father during the first 2 minutes after your mother left the hog barn? If so he is innocent unless he invited teleportation.
Steven Henderson you are absolutely correct! Why hasnt the defense seized on that point?
Someone else had to have been there, such as mr or mrs frasher.
I hope the new defense sees it this way also! Its logic! Some see no logic! Lol! 🙄

About the guy who was having an affair with Todd's wife they say they new where he was because of his mobile. He could of drove to the farm without his mobile and asked his Wife and son to give him an alibi, she could of been having a conversation with her lover saying she was going to tell his wife. Y’all...be careful of your wording when using any search or Google. Never know when it’ll come back on ya.
Both my husband and myself felt the same thing was probable. Looking at the entire picture, an accidental scenario best fits.
What about the injuries to her front. She had been beaten, remember?
The son was in the home when the wife was attacked. AFTER the son went into the hog barn with dad. Dad heard the son from the hog barn, NOT the home. Or finger print totes were she could have grabbed any where on those totes to catch a fall. Test the imprint impression of pressure.
They should re do this case...maybe amys boyfriends wife did it...omg...
NO HIS SON ...!’n
Stumbled across this, now I gotta find out how I’m related to Travis. lol
Lol.
Ask him how long a pace is...
what happened to trial day 1 part 2??? missed the hole thing lol
statistically it takes 30 seconds to walk 150 ft to the red barn to get to the pet carrier but she never made it to the pet carrier.
8 punctures = hit 2 times
6 punctures = hit 1 time
What are the odds of hitting a moving object (person) two times and having 2 prongs hit in exactly the same spot. All Amy's injuries can be caused by someone falling on a corn rake and struggling to survive.
How do u explain the Google searches???
Todd needs you to be his attorney
His phone was around his home, where was his wife?
OMG almost all those sites are for hunting, self care. I wouldn't have even brought up if I were a juror this would have turned me against the prosecutor. That showed nothing to me.
I agree! I look up lots of stuff that I never utilize for anything other than curiosity.
@@bonnienelson7373 And only normal if the man is concerned about his wifes infidelity.
Todds DEFENSE team failed him miserable by not objecting to this irrelevant information, trash.
I’m sorry I know this is a very serious situation but at times I found myself chucking at at some of those searches.
These could have all been her doing it since he was looking at her phone, he wasn't looking for it on his tablet. The ending of them seem like her looking her lover and his wife up.
Awesome work Sir good job well done need more officers like you
not good job cause UTC is NOT military time. it is universal time and you add 5 hours. A good
detective would know that. SMH!
He is GUILTY...Period!! Nobody is out there in the boondocks lurking. He was mad and killed her and sent his son to find hey...COWARD!!
lsantiful1 the boondocks is the PERFECT place to for one of her ex lovers or their wife’s to go and hide out and do that. Not to mention the two cops didn’t check for other evidence.
You aren't sure of that. What hard proof is there?
Never assume
Too many unanswered questions
I am curious as to all of the supposed searches there were too many in a row not giving anytime in between to even read them so I do not think he did it I do t believe he did any of the searches either. He comes across as the type that if he looks something up he will at least read it you have searches like at 3:04 then another on the same day at 3:05 one at 2:56, 2:58 and so forth who could read all of those searches in a minute time span seems more like a set up to me
The search history is somewhat damning though it doesn’t close the gap on “reasonable doubt.” The so called deputy takes himself a little to seriously in my opinion and shows his weaknesses when attempting to read English lol.
The search history was done by his wife the NURSE remember she was an R.N, so have I put such searches in to satisfy an internal professional question I had about a subject or to validate what I thought the answer would be. GEE I surely hope that did not convince the jury HE did anything as all that search history meant absolutely NOTHING>
Yeah, if those searches are enough to be convicted of murder, I'd better hope my husband never has a suspicious accident.
Think the detective missed lots of stuff & deputy didnt even tape off the building she was alleged to have been murdered in. Shody work on their parts & his lawyers.
He keeps misstating the time codes. They are UTC, which is London (prime meridian) time. Those searches would have been around 7 hours earlier depending on the time zone in the US. So the previous evening our time. Not that it matters to the substance, but it calls into question his expertise.
He made them all sound like they mattered. Lol! He said at 3am! 2:20am! 2:26am! Lol! Like a punch in his voice at that time! Lol!
My opinion thus far: this guy didn't kill his wife!
FIVE HOURS OFF
@@M3glamsquad Well, I think he did. However, I'm not sure I would have voted guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I think is is possible that it was an accident.
ppl search all kinds of stuff. idk this is not enough to convict a man. how did they prove that he did it? he was with his son how could have he done it?
@Sharon Juarez twist!!!!!
He wasn't with his son for an hour and a half.
Well, now my search history has a lot of the same searches. I wanted to see the results that came up for some of those searches. Hope no one has to look at my search history. 😂 Some great speakers in this case. Very easy to listen to and understand.
I tack it none of you have neaver lived on a farm,
He searched "killing unfaithful women" on Google. Case closed. He. Is. GUILTY.
He also searched wedding dresses and how to get the DNA results of a child without the dad finding out. So we are still sticking with he’s the only one that was using the pad?
@@joshhall3743 I'm not saying he's the only one that used the iPad...
If this was just an accident then none of these people would have gotten any attention and have their 15 minutes of fame. It scares me that it's in their best interest, better for their careers, to prosecute this man...doest matter what the truth really is...our system is broken. Truth and justice should be our highest priority.
I think the son had something to hide,he could have very well do the searches
Why am I having this feeling that the eldest son had something to do with these google searches? I don't know, I came here because of Bailey Sarian.
YEP 👍 & DAD IS TAKING THE RAP...!!! BRILLIANT GIRL 👧 UR...!!!
I can't imagine why he would search that. Why are so many people questioning things like this? Are you a member of the Todd is innocent FB page? SMH
With all of that searching he still couldn't come up with a better plan to get away with murder, smh
It was obvious the wife put the searches in mostly as remember she was an R.N. and being an R.N. I have searched such terms before to challenge if my obtained knowledge as an ER nurse. was correct or to validate what I thought the answer to a question might be.
thats a messy red shed i would fall to much dangerous things to fall on
This is not looking good for Todd!!
I wouldn't vote guilty for a speeding ticket based on the testimony of this moron who doesn't know how google works, has never heard of time zones, and thinks pinterest is a sports website.
I looked up similar stuff on my ex but certainly didn't kill him.
Todd knows.
I feel she could of looked up a lot the searches because of her own guilt and concern on how Todd was going to respond to her leaving him.
No thanks to his lawyers.
this channel like to screenshot people smiling on the stand , i wonder why.
Looking guilty 😳
I'm sorry but all those searches for guns, weapons, and ways one can get hurt while hunting ect.. mean NOTHING!! My husband loves hunting and fishing, guns, survival, and sports. His internet searches look a lot like these minus the cheating wife and killing woman who commit aldultry. Also, as a nurse, I am always looking up things about body parts, organs, and what to do in case of emergencies. This is not that abnormal in the grand scheme of things. I still think he did it, I just think they are making issues out of normal things people look up.
Minus the killing a cheating wife.....you just said it. That was looked up many times in several different ways 😱
Sadie Blue yes, but it’s the totality of the searches and what would be normal for the accused, including time of searches, searches in and around relevant searches. I’m only half way through the. Idea so I may change my mind when it comes to the part you’re talking about.
Exactly, and I love to watch true crime shows and google facts as I'm watching. If anyone near me ever dies, I'm in deep trouble.
He should have used duckduckgo 😂
HE HA HA
The DNA ones Seems like stuff a kid might have been looking into ...wonder if they ever thought about the son
THAT S WHAT I THOUGHT...!!!
U R BRILLIANT ...!!! CONFORMATION THANK U 🙏
I highly doubt that.
Correction.....Jerry’s PHONE was in and around Animosa. He’s a cutie pie.
Look him up. He cheats. He'll probably take you.
Did this guy wear the same shirt every day of the trial?
HES A FARMER & DEPRESSED ,NOT SLEEPING 🛌 FALL’S INTO BED (WITH CLOTHES ON ,& CRAWLS OUT (SAME SHIRT 👕 ) TO GO TO TRIAL...!!!!
Is the woodwork behind the testification stand hand-carved ?
Finally, a relevant question. The prosecutor certainly hasn't offered one yet. It's possible, but I'd be more inclined to believe that it was done on a CNC Machine. They can program the pattern into the computer software, clamp the wood down solid, then the CNC Machine will just move the rotating cutting tool precisely to where the software program directs it to.
When are people going to learn Google will get you caught up everytime.
He is testifying incorrectly about utc time.
One of many things Todd's DEFENSE failed him on. During my tenure as a police officer having sit in, testifying in many trials this is the worst I've ever seen.
@@johnwyatt8057 this is the one + only murder case + trial, on youtube, where I strongly feel that the defendant is very possibly not guilty. + his "defense" team helped wrongfully convict him.
@@johnwyatt8057 he was sentenced to life in prison
@@byBeauxARTFULIVING I've seen several on UA-cam I believe have been wrongly convicted. Justin Ross Harris, Henry Segura, Donald Hartung to name a few.
The more I think how the son was pretty upset his love for his dad could of caused him to loose control and do it ,that is why I asked if any puncher wound depths were taken and compared to what type of strength needed to get penetration .Was this ever done for autopsy ?
This was a very lame duck case all round. I can drop my phone in anyone's vehicle as they drive around of course my phone will ping from wherever that vehicle is. That most definitely should have been raised by the DEFENSE. This man definitely did not get adequate representation. I can't find the verdict, anyone know the outcome????
@@johnwyatt8057 Guilty . true travesty
@@johnwyatt8057 He was sentenced to LWOP
John Wyatt / I agree. Not enough evidence- lot of conjecture.
Carol V Nearly ALL conjecture. Stranger things have absolutely happened. Why did the defense open up with saying it was a murder??? No accident expert???? The woman was dizzy twice just moments before. True travesty and absolute incompetence from the defense.
I genuinely think half of these are to do with hunting and trying to find out about his cheating wife... Didn't see anything too bad
I'd say her lover had more of a motive he was having the affair with amy
Her lover had a solid alibi.
To not tell his wife. They didnt find Jerrys texts to Amy if detective checkef his phone like he said?
Todd would have been better off defending himself, what a sham.
"What happened to cheating spouses in historic aztec tribe?" todd pls
It is not too far fetched to surmise that he and Amy were watching a program on tv about ancient aztecs and one of them looked it up to discuss what would have happened if they were ancient aztecs. Besides, this search was made even before Amy and Jerry started their sexual affair.
@living the dream WTF? I watch shows like that all the time.
@@1962pjh,it doesn't have no baring in this case, you don't even legally allow trash like this in as evidence, you SURELY dont convict a person on a Google search!!!!

Did he just say "Baltimore E Sun"? Detective, just so you know, Baltimore only has one E! So the E you seen is suppose to be there, and this is their expert?! And the word TEXT with a s is NOT pronounced "TEXAS"!!!!
Saw* Supposed*
How would Todd know Amy would go get the dog carrier....He couldn't have known she would get dizzy.
He asked her to get it and told her to stop cleaning the lights because she was dizzy.
This was an accident... she fell on a rake.
Twice!? LMFAO
I think he is innocent because I think it would take far too long to get to the red she'd from where he and his so were then get back to it.
Not if he was sprinting. And he would have been in a hurry to attack her before his son came back out.
This creep set his teenage son up to find her body. Poor kid - It tells you what type of person Todd is
A. can't find any cross examination B. Looks like "the thrill" lookups was to find a movie or book that is backed up by the quote search C. there are 4 marks on her back not 6 (the other two one is a skin tag and one is a mole). If she fell, she fell heaviest on her right side. D. Zero actual pictures or questions regarding where the cage was? was it on the floor, on a shelf? E. exhibit 99 (22:11) are those drops of blood- what was used to look for a potential trail of blood?
It was near the back. They covered that.
This woman has great trouble getting her tongue around simple words she aught to give up and retire !!!
Still watching but anytime this deputy isn’t sure of his words his face gets flustered and red. Body language will tell on you.
And the internet has *NEVER PROVEN HIM WRONG*
Where is is Day 2 of the trial?
Poor Todders, his lawyer sucks
All shades of jacked up!! First of all his wife didn't respect him and she had a affairs on him. Now, why would a man let it go down on his farm after putting his ambitious on the line? She has had affairs, promise to other men. How do we know she didn't have a promise to someone else, she moved to the next one??
Murder is murder. Unless she was battering him repeatedly, there isn't a justification for murdering her. She agreed to marry him. She didn't sign away ownership of her genitals to him.
Sure let's blame the victim and completely ignore the fact that she said she was scared her husband was going to kill her 🙄
Those are some damning searches. Dude, you’re screwed.
Howdy Doody these searches prove nothing at all. Not who made the searches or their reasons for doing so.
y'all are barking up the wrong tree Todd did not kill Amy she was playing everyone Amy didn't know she wanted Todd is a person who work the land to provide for his family and other's he didn't even have animosity toward the man he knew was having sex with his wife his focus is the land and taking care of it this don't make him a killer I believe it was the son and Todd is taking the fall for Trysten think about it he would not had put her in truck to take her to hospital no one kills someone then try to save them if not the son the mother in law or friend Terri Todd is not the monster just hard worker you will find this is called a farmer who is dedicated to mother earth
The son? Why would the son be angrier than the guy being cheated on??? The mother in law? Did she just teleport to the hogbarn to murder Amy and evaporate into thin air...???
I agree, I think the boy knew about his parents marital problems and the son was angry at his mom. Some of the visited sites sound like a teen searching the web.
Wow they are really grasping at straws here: heat stroke? Going without water.....burns, first aid!? Come on you guys!?!?! I'm embarrassed for this detective & prosecutor! Here's to an appeal!
UTC is NOT Military time. It is Universal time and you add 5 hours depending on Time Zone. This will make everyone in the world end up on same time.
This DNA search points to the son
Just going completely out in left field here: I would think that there would be some blood splatter if someone else struck her with a rake. I was also a very narrow pathway in the barn so a smaller person would have an advantage. It would make perfect sense of me as a father trying to protect my son and cover up the crime as an accident. Perhaps if he got blood on him from the attack then just have him hold her body on top of him when driving to the hospital. Now I don’t believe this is what happened but it makes just as much sense as anything the prosecution has come up with.
Why?
He should have went to a Vegas search and see what the odds were for getting away with murder.
UTC is NOT military time!
It was formerly known as Greenwich Mean Time, about 7 hours difference in Iowa.
Those searches are irrelevent
Wouldn't Google report searches like that?
