I felt like that too. I think his lawyers definitely messed up by not repeating “leading! Asked and answered!” A LOT. But...I think that his attorneys were a relief after listening to blue eye shadow. Mr. Mullis was relieved, it would appear, not having to deal with that obnoxious prosecutor.

I believe they were naive enough to think justice would prevail. They aren't typically skilled at the games played by government agencies and such. In the end i did not get divorced and worked through it all. So happy i did. Todd testified that many of those searched he did not do and he had reasonable explanations for the ones he did do. The one thing that is absolutely certain, in this case is that the justice system, as intended, failed most miserably. A man’s life and liberty was taken away without one single piece of tangible evidence. Not one. Often there can be enough circumstantial evidence to leave very little doubt. But if that is all you have, in no way can you deny reasonable doubt. Circumstantial evidence is founded on the belief, experiences and view point of an individual, not fact. Not things that pertain to me, but the stories I learn about on others such as while watching murder mysteries and trials like these. About the guy who was having an affair with Todd's wife they say they new where he was because of his mobile. He could of drove to the farm without his mobile and asked his Wife and son to give him an alibi, she could of been having a conversation with her lover saying she was going to tell his wife. ( How do we know that this didn't happen)if his son was anything like my sons he wouldn't of notice where his dad was. As for the search for the atomy Todd could of been showing his son what was wrong with his wife and what procedure she was having,l. As for the cheating searches most normal people would search stuff like that if they think their partner is cheating to get ideas and look for any tell tale signs. As for that recording she should of asked the jury to listen to it first and see what they thought he said. She put that it in their heads, so everytime they listened to that recording they would convince thats what Todd said. You try to fit it to the crime. I don't think as a father you would kill the mother of your child whilst the child was helping you work. statistically it takes 30 seconds to walk 150 ft to the red barn to get to the pet carrier but she never made it to the pet carrier. This means after she left the hog barn Tod would have less then 30 sec to get to the red barn and commit the murder with out his son noticing.
That means those windows of opportunity that his son didn't see his father is very specific to the first 30 seconds after his mom left the hog barn.
Not anytime in the 1.5 hours they were working.
If you fall backwards on a corn rake it doesn't kill you right away. But it could take 30 min. to hours to die. If she turns to the right two of the prongs could come out and if she passed out in that struggle she could fall back causing those prongs to cause two new inquiries.
    8 punctures = hit 2 times
    6 punctures = hit 1 time
What are the odds of hitting a moving object (person) two times and having 2 prongs hit in exactly the same spot. All Amy's injuries can be caused by someone falling on a corn rake and struggling to survive.

Farmers get up really early every day, seven days a week. Their job is very labour intensive. I find it hard to understand how a farmer could consistently stay up all night on the computer then function during the day! These don’t sound like an adult search, they sound more like a kids search planning to run away after he killed his mother. Seems as if he wanted to know how to find out who his real father was!
How do they know that it was the father looking up these sites and not the son. Everyone in the family has access with the pass code. It has been stated that the mother was worried that because her son was very close to his father and she knew he would be upset because she wanted a divorce from his dad. Wouldn’t be the first time a young man acted out! Not saying he did it, not saying the father did it. I'm sorry but all those searches for guns, weapons, and ways one can get hurt while hunting ect.. mean NOTHING!! My husband loves hunting and fishing, guns, survival, and sports. His internet searches look a lot like these minus the cheating wife and killing woman who commit aldultry. Also, as a nurse, I am always looking up things about body parts, organs, and what to do in case of emergencies. This is not that abnormal in the grand scheme of things. I still think he did it, I just think they are making issues out of normal things people look up.

Finally, a relevant question. The prosecutor certainly hasn't offered one yet. It's possible, but I'd be more inclined to believe that it was done on a CNC Machine. They can program the pattern into the computer software, clamp the wood down solid, then the CNC Machine will just move the rotating cutting tool precisely to where the software program directs it to.

Just going completely out in left field here: I would think that there would be some blood splatter if someone else struck her with a rake. I was also a very narrow pathway in the barn so a smaller person would have an advantage. It would make perfect sense of me as a father trying to protect my son and cover up the crime as an accident. Perhaps if he got blood on him from the attack then just have him hold her body on top of him when driving to the hospital. Now I don’t believe this is what happened but it makes just as much sense as anything the prosecution has come up with.
