I have discovered I have "Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome". This discovery is a wonderful blessing. For many years, I have was never able to maintain consistency, with regards to my rituals, routines, habits, fundamentals, and goals. I know I have to be more disciplined, self-controlled, patient, and persistent, because I have a huge challenge to overcome. My circadian rhythms are longer than the normal 24.15 hours circadian rhythm. Since I am a confirmed "Night Owl", I have to be very strict and conscious, with regards to energy, rest, and sleep, when I have perform tasks during the day. Guru Swole, great interview!
+Gorflaxsack YES! Love that! Thanks for sharing. (I have it installed but just turn off my computer and all electronics when the sun goes down! :) Flux: justgetflux.com/
Apparently sleep and rest is now taken very seriously in the NFL. Here is an article from last week about that: mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2015/11/11/how-the-science-of-sleep-is-transforming-the-nfl
I was really impressed by the specific instructions the NY Jets team had for their trip to London. Things like Nap for 30 or 90 minutes (never 60); No caffeine after 2 pm; Turn off/cover all blue lights 1 hour before bed; Keep room temperature at 65-68 degrees at night; Use of Litebook (blue light) at certain times during the day etc. www.scribd.com/doc/289276452/In-London-Travel-Card-1-2
