I’m a bit of a ‘double dipper’ so my daily routine goes like this:
Argireline, Matrixyl, FECC, Buffet (about to move over to the one with copper peptides) Hydration Vaccine, moisturiser. This might look like overkill but I’m 74 and recently recovering from colon cancer, now suffering from basal cell carcinoma. I’ve had to abandon a decent skincare routine in favour of getting my hair back. So now - I’m back baby!! My skin was appalling, lines, sagging, dry patches, but it’s now improving…. Your comments are most welcome, I’m so glad I’m using the right ingredients!

I switched to the argireline and matrixyl combo the first time I heard Rob mention this combo. I love love love it. I still have the buffet and buffet with peptides but hardly ever use them now. My lines are deep but I have seen an improvement which I didn’t with either of the Buffet products. In combination with Rob’s serum, my skin in better condition than it has been in decades. “Game changing” 💌❤️💕

    Hello There!!!
I've been combining these for about a year now and have noticed a great improvement in overall hydration and reduction of fine lines. It's a wonderful combination of 2 fantastic peptides!
    Thanks for another wonderful episode!💖

I don’t like using too many products in my regimen, therefore, the buffet works for me. I can only handle1 serum and sunscreen during daytime and a lactic acid cream at night. Less is more.

Dear Rob, am I wrong in believing that previously you advised to only use The Ordinary Argireline + Matrixyl mixed together, in one go? Once I bought these serums, I noticed the difference in consistency. Argireline is thinner, and it appears from doing a wee read/research online that it has to overcome extra obstacles to do its job fully. E.g. Deciem stated: "Studies have shown that the water content of formulations does impact the utility level of topical ARGIRELINE™ and specifically that higher water content results in better utility".
Currently, I have doubts about using these serums at the same time. I keep thinking that it might be more effective to use Argireline on dynamic lines only, and apply Matrixyl, which is thicker, as the next step. I would be very grateful if you advised me why I am mistaken. Moreover, have you got any reflections/observations why Deciem does not advise on its website to use Argireline on nasolabial folds and lines along the neck? It would be very interesting to hear any comments about it, too
Hope you are well, and I am wishing you a lovely weekend.

Im purely theorizing here but the neck lines are caused from other muscles moving so paralyzing the muscle where the lines are won't help. I'm thinking it may be risky to paralyze muscles near the nose for breathing purposes.

Argireline is a very large molecule and has difficulty penetrating. Please try and use a microcurrent or infuser device to push it deeper in to really reap the amazing benefits. It really, really does make an amazing difference!! I use the Spa Sciences Aero, apply the argirelene, then push it in with this,by gently rubbing over my skin, feels beautiful too, then apply other serums and use my Foreo Bear. Honestly, the benefits of using a device to push in Argirelene makes an incredible difference!!

I am one of the lucky ones who hasn't had to struggle with acne (but trust me, my other skin problems make up for it!) BUT, if I use any product with castor oil in it, I will break out with large pimples that leave behind dark spots, which I am still trying to get rid of. The Buffet, and the SubQ Mist both have castor oil, and left behind pimples and hyperpigmentation on mskin!
Thank you, Rob, for bringing this to our attention. I am a bit worried about your starting to use the SubQ Mist again.... proceed with caution!!

Hi Rob I know you're a complete convert to this duo, but it's all the HA that puts me off. My skin only tolerates small amounts of HA and both these serums have an HA base formulation - that's a lot of HA in one routine. I may try just the Argireline on my dynamic lines in a small amount alone, which hopefully won't set my skin off too much. Removing most of the HA focussed products in my routine did help, but maybe just a targeted application will be alright. It's mostly the rosacea areas that hate it and the crows feet etc aren't in that centre panel of the face. i'll let you know in the future if it was indeed a win or a no no no. Best wishes.
ps my skin is fine with most oils and I use castor oil in the hair quite a bit. I'm severely dry skinned though and clogged pores aren't too much of an issue. Using the 15% azelaic acid a few days a week and a 1% BHA once or twice a week keeps them clear.x
