I just did it but didn't need to remove so many fixings. The bumper comes off without removing the black panel underneath, just the 5 outer screws in the bumper itself under the car. Also under the wheel arches I just removed the horizontal 10mm bolts not the vertical ones, they stayed in and the bumper came away by pulling it off by the clips. Just turned the front wheels in to access rather than removing the wheels.

Yes you don’t have to remove the wheels , but I was wrapping the car . And I can get a better wrap by removing certain pieces.
