How To Make A Chocolate Layer Cake With Nutella

Ingredients:
Cake:
450 g flour
380 g sugar
2 ½ teaspoons baking soda
pinch of salt
80 g cocoa powder
200 ml vegetable oil + extra for greasing cake tins
600 ml coffee (room temperature)
100 g chocolate chips (optional)
Simple sugar syrup:
250 ml water
70 g sugar
Frosting:
720 g cream cheese
400 g + 50 g nutella+ extra for filling
250 g +150 g butter
Decorating:
100 g melted dark chocolate
edible pearls
ferrero rocher's
reeses peanut butter cups

it looks soo good but when you added more butter in the frosting i think it might have been too cold as there were lumps off butter when you put it on the cake

Hi, your recipe didn't work for the cakes. You mention in your ingredients baking soda, but in the video you say baking powder. I pit baking powder and the cake didn't rise. It was a flop. Make sure what you mention in the ingredients is what you mention inthe video.

I would think you could have just mix the butter all together rather than mix the other half on the second time. All in all it looks good.
