Naomi Lopez hey there, I’ve noticed it’s easy for Nutella to burn so I’m changing the recipe on my website. You can microwave the Nutella, don’t add the cream, in 10 second intervals, stirring between each interval, the Nutella gets a nice runny consistency that should drip well over the cake. Sorry about it burning, this way should work a lot better. Thank you for trying the recipe!
